If you're expecting for a quality service and professionalism here, I highly recommend finding another. Amber H.'s review really nailed it - All she cares about is making a paycheck. She was very quick to answer phone calls and reply to text messages when we were to enroll but won't even return our calls anymore after we had issues. I cancelled the sessions after the second day because of the unpleasant experiences that we had in two days that we went to her swimming lesson. The unprofessionalism and lack of organization is really disappointing. Some of the details are: - She messed up our schedule and had us at the same time with another kid which she keeps insisting that she did not, but she had no clue on our first day that we were supposed to be there at 1pm. She thought that our schedule is at 10am, and I think that is because I texted her around 9am that morning asking for the address. She might even have no idea that we are coming that day since I never heard anything back from her 2 weeks before after I paid her in full. - Her teenager assistant rolled her eyes to us and openly showing how irritated she is with my kids, and Marjorie letting it happen under her supervision (she defended her saying that she was just like that because they never had a student who got sick before). Both my kids never had any swimming lessons before so I'm not really expecting for an immediate result. However, I am expecting that they will have patience with them as I assumed that they are professional kids swimming instructors who would know how to properly deal with kids. Unfortunately, that's not the case. - After telling her that we would like to cancel and requested to refund our remaining credit (we paid her in full for the 8/30mins sessions for 2 kids), she won't answer or return our call anymore. I've been calling her using my cellphone for days with no avail. However, when we tried calling her again using another phone where the number is blocked (just few minutes after I called her again and left a VM using my CP), she answered immediately. - just an additional info for everyone: the address for the swimming lesson is NOT 975 Canyon Crest Country Dr. as stated here in Yelp. The "lessons" are done in a residential house in Chesterfield Rd, Riverside - I have to mention this as the first reason why we chose Crush Bubbles here in Yelp is because of the distance from our house and it was a let down that the location was actually about 20mins farther. I already paid when I was told about the address so we decided to just continue. As of for now, It's already been more than a month since I've been asking her to refund us with our remaining credits or the days that was not used. Unfortunately, all I've been getting so far are excuses. I have already raised the issue with Paypal and filed a dispute against them. ========================================================== UPDATE: In response to LuvH20polo H's post, it is true that paypal rejected my claim. But that is not because of the documents that she submitted but because the service is not covered by Paypal's purchase protection. I told her that I don't think the kids are ready yet so maybe we'll just do it again next year. I even told her that I'm aware of the cancellation fee and I am willing to pay for it. However, SINCE I PAID IN FULL, there's still a couple of hundreds left that I should be able to refund. Unfortunately, days and weeks have past after that and she won't answer phone calls anymore. Twice that she answered & all I got are excuses. Not giving back the money that you know that is not yours does not make you the better person Marjorie. I will not stress myself anymore over a few hundreds. I guess maybe you needed it more than I do. For me, I've learned my lesson not to trust anyone and never pay for any services in advance. Got recommended to crush bubbles by my cousin who has been taking her 3 year old daughter ( who now knows how to swim). We are on week two on swimming lessons & my 2 1/2 year old son is swimming on his own. I love the one on one time he gets and all the creative games she makes him do. I would recommend coming a couple mins early to get your kid comfortable and to come through the side gate and to sit in the back and she will come out and greet you. There have been times when there are other kids doing their lessons at the same time as him but I just look at the positive and see that he still learned something that day. My son is a typical boy that loves waters guns and jumps off the rocks into the pool so for him learning how to swim with all the games was fast. He loves challenges and took well to them. But your kid will love these lessons regardless. And no matter how many lessons they will learn and it's a great thing you're taking them. This has to be one of the worst places that knows about quality and providing services. All she cares about is making a paycheck. My son is almost two and within 6 swimming lessons had three different instructors one of which is the main lady you talk to when you call. The other two are teenagers, yes teens, don't get me wrong one of them was very good with my son for the last three lessons. My son loved water now seems to not enjoy it as much. She canceled a lesson on the second day said we would make it up on Friday. She failed to call or respond to any of my text messages or calls until hours later. She made it very clear to me that she only cares about her large contacts with schools that has 100 clients. She left my son and I in the heat on the last session and totally forgot about us. I am disputing this with my credit card company to get reimbursed for half of what I paid due to her going against her own contract with myself and son. Sad to see how this was suppose to be a good experience with my son and has turned into a nightmare. Goes to show you how people truly are with you give them your trust. read more

It was ok. The lady is way to busy so she gives the kids to her teen daughters after a few minutes. I don't like how they speak to the kids. The main lady is good. But she trying to do to much. She's a swim teacher or polo teacher. she has a career and business she try's to juggle and it's to much. the city pool /YMCA they will teach and do just as good. read more

My daughter and niece both went her and were swimming within 2 weeks I would not recommend anyone else.
