Drywall work can be very messy/dusty, but not only did they tarp off all of the furniture in the room, each night they finished they cleaned up every spec of dust. They did an incredible job repairing our wall that got water damaged from a leaking A/C air handler in the attic. Not only did they have to tear out drywall and kill mold in the wall and replace the drywall, they also had to match the texture we have on all of the walls of our house. The final price ended up being more than the initial estimate, but Anthony said right up front if there was mold it would be a bigger and more costly job. I still think it was a good value for the amount of work, their respectfulness, and the way the cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Anthony for any carpentry/drywall job and will be calling him back for our next job.

I'm rather particular, so his attention to detail and accommodation was on point. Between initial quote and the final application of paint, the entire timeline was less than a week (as he was able to fit us into his schedule between jobs to align with optimal weather). The job itself took Jeff and Joe only three days to complete (full exterior, including power washing, patchwork and caulk + inside/outside of lanai + mailbox post): Monday, 7/6/2020 - Wednesday, 7/8/2020 Side note: Jeff happens to live in the same neighborhood as we do, so his work can be seen throughout. White paint was dripped and smeared on our newly installed dark wood floor in every single room which was painted by Richard Lashley Painting. To make matters worse, after I had asked him not to guess at how to remove all of his spills, Richard Lashley used a solvent which further damaged our floors by removing the finish. Even the walls and trim were done poorly. Richard Lashley now refuses to accept responsibility for his incompetence. Pro Quality (LARRY IS A CHEAT). He took up work and signed…read morea contract for installating Kitchen backsplash and TV mount from me in Wesley Chapel, FL. The job was scheduled for Friday. Then suddenly, One day before the job, he asked 50% of the amount as advance payment. I paid him about 20% in advance without having met/spoke with him and agreed that remaining 80% would be made after the job is complete. All this while he insisted that he has 10 years of experience and is very good with this work. Then come Friday, he didnot show up.. On multiple followups he mentioned that he might not be able to come on Friday. I asked if he can come on Saturday. He said he will come first thing in the morning around 9-10 am. He finally came at about 2 pm and started working on kitchen backsplash. He then said i need to wind up early around 4.30 PM and went back with only few of the tiles installed yet. Here as well, he installed several tiles in the wrong direction. Then he said he will come early Monday morning. However on Monday, he didnot come and when i followed up with him on his eta around 11 am he said his car has broke down and he will come in afternoon. But he never showed up. He then said he will come Tuesday morning, which he finally came around noon. He then stick one line of tiles (worked very slowly) and around 5 PM said i need to go to Home depot as my glue is out. He then went out. And then he texts me from oustide saying I need remaining payment to buy materials. (The material cost here was already covered and way less than the initial 20% deposit). I replied that I will make the payment once you can come and finish it. But he never came back and behaved very rudely over chat demanding money in advance for work which he was not willing to complete. Many of the tiles he put have cracks, And he put the tiles in wayward wrong alignment all while saying that he has 10 years job experience. He ran away from incomplete job and texts me after going out of home and took 80% of the money completing only 25% of the job. This guy "Larry" is an aboslute cheat and doesnot know his work properly. I have never experienced such a horrendous customer service. Beware doing business with this guy LARRY!! (attached are snapshots of pending work which he left in middle and never come back, contrarily, demanding full payment)
