He came back, did the grass and then on Sunday he cut down 3 foot high weeds in my backyard, trimmed my bushes, and put mulch down for me. I was skeptical to go with this person because there were no reviews but once I met him, I could tell he was professional. I did have to use a translator a few times, but if he didn't understand, he definitely asked questions and was very understanding. I highly recommend this individual, and now we will be on a biweekly rotation for grass!

My issue was with their administrative service…read more The mowing service started at $36 (first time customer discount) ever other week, after three or so mows it went to $42 (the regular rate). When the Fall began they tried to charge me $60! When I called they said it was a mistake but that the price would go up to $52! Which I would not have agreed to! I told them that I hadn't received the mandatory email notice/agreement of the increase, (which they are suppose to do with your permission). Yet they still attempted to charge me. Also the customer is suppose to approve of the work before being billed or paying. Fortunately, I used a prepaid credit card to set up the service so they couldn't with draw the funds or bill me, without me putting the funds in first. They just proceeded with the service without my approval but they didn't get paid. I want to resolve this and I hope that they will agree to the $42 charge so I can close the account.

They want you to mow, trim bushes, pick up debris, edge work, weed wack.... for 17-25 dollars but charge the customer 100.00. This is BS and highway robbery/slavery. They need to be investigated. For the amount charged, I expected professional craftsmanship and reliable service, but unfortunately received neither. T would come by and assess our backyard every once in a while and once we were able to start designing the landscape he was fully hands on & ALWAYS available. We needed A LOT of work including top soil leveling, sod, mulch beds, big trees, shrubs, sprinklers fixed etc. He took the time to meet me at nursery to help pick out exact trees & shrubs that would look best with our landscape design. Once it was time for install, the amount of patience T & his team had was beyond! They moved trees (some were about 900 lbs) until we were absolutely satisfied with the placement and overall look.
