The last set of doors replaced two months ago needed to incorporate some changes to function well for us and for our two dogs, Belle and Sissy! Belle is a rescued Black German Shepherd born with 2 1/2 paws and uses a prosthetic foot and Sissy is a rescued senior Australian Shepherd. While these new doors met our needs, they really met the needs of Belle and Sissy and then some! Belle has lost 8lbs and Sissy has lost 7.5 lbs since the electronic dog doors were installed! The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.
