I came on a Sunday afternoon and this is my first time here! Today's event- Normatec compression /leg compression sleeves! The sweetest woman -running the show bouncing from each therapy room, checking in on guests, cleaning up rooms after guests, she was absolutely so lovely and I felt like she was super caring making sure each client had the best experience with whichever therapy they were doing! I filled out my new client paperwork and was quickly taken back. She explained all the buttons and set me right up! The loungers are SO COZY! Omg. I'm surprised I didn't fall immediately asleep! I always recommend using the restroom before using these compression sleeves. I've had these a couple times before at other locations but never have I felt soooooo comfy before! I'm hooked! It's clean and bright but not at all sterile. It's decorated so cute for the upcoming holidays! I seriously cannot wait to come back!

After COVID, i returned to Restore to start using some of the services I had pre-purchased only to be told that they ALL expired and they would not be honored. I was floored. First, why should they even expire if I purchased them but most importantly, COVID was an unexpected pandemic that should have NOT counted towards any purchases expiring. The husband and wife divorced at some point during this COVID and I believe this is a big part of the problem. The wife, Tara, was the business side and was good about making things right. The husband is just sales and PR. There is no sense loyalty to customers anymore.

We checked in and then waited outside for at 30 minutes in the 50 degree weather. We were maybe 10 minutes early...filled out our paperwork, asked some qs and then went outside. My spouse had called ahead of time - trying to get additional information re the area outside the spa...the website would definitely benefit from more pictures and details - like there is just one very small bench in the changing area for sitting...no showers, no water in the sauna area and the doors are a bit odd - w a latching mechanism. The actual sauna was nice. I couldn't shut the door to the room when I exited to get more water...as there was a weird latch that could only be done from the inside. We are not local - but if we were - we would not be repeaters. *edited initially to reply to the owner - that we did not get a free sauna...verified - but the owner said she followed up and refunded us due to the wait. Went for my first appointment with Marina today for a simple eyebrow waxing…read more Walking into the appointment I was already confused because the door was locked and you had to ring a doorbell for her to open it up for you. I waited outside so she could stop her service and let me in. No big deal but she hardly greeted me, asked for my name and for me to fill out forms. There was no pen, she said I would fill them out later but never did. She had over booked herself and I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for my appointment. When I finally when back there she was frantic about messing up her books, which I understand. She told me to lay on the table and immediately started putting wax on me, hardly asking anything about my preferred shape. She ended up getting wax in my hair somehow and was oiling it, yanking my hair trying to get it out and it was painful. She somehow got it on top of my head and also on the hair surrounding my ears. She was super apologetic and embarrassed, but it hurt and i ended up having to comb wax out of my hair at home because she couldn't get it all out. I was pulling hair out of my head. The wax itself was fine. A little expensive at $15. She didn't tweeze any stray hairs or trim the hairs at all. She didn't even really examine them once she was done. I was nervous to look at the final result. It wasn't terrible but my eyebrows are not the same shape at all and do have some stray hairs that should've been taken care of. I explained to her I hadn't waxed my eyebrows in a long time and was really wanting to get back to a uniform shape... I'm not sure I'll return.

Victor makes very thorough assessments for your situation. I have a lower back pain for years. I…read moretried medical help and massages, but the pain was still there. Somebody told me that a chiropractor would actually help me better and for longer terms. Last month I had some problem hitting my wrist and I lost the power of doing push ups (I could not let my body weight on that wrist because was too painful), so I decided to try a chiropractor and I started my treatments with Victor. First he sent me to have some blood work and X-rays done, took notes for my assesment and made me a short treatment with some electric machine for the lower back (some kind of pad that sends electrical impulses) and something called dry needle therapy. After that treatment with the needles I felt like after a detox treatment made with essential oils! I slept a lot and felt the need to drink a lot of water for the next 2 days! All my body felt great and the pain in my wrist was almost completely gone. Next week I get the second treatment with the electric machine, and my test were in so Victor made my first spine, wrist and neck adjustments (he observed that I have some pressure/ tightness in the muscle at the neck also). After this treatment I realised that I can turn my head left and right a lot further and my back was staying straight with no pain. I still have to go for the 3rd adjustment tomorrow, but the tightness on my neck is gone, the pain in the lower back did not return yet on the regular daily routines, and my wrist flexibility improved a lot.
