I got Waist/Flanks, Back Bra Rolls, Airsculpt + Back Bra Rolls, Armpits, Lower Back done. The most important to me was the bra roll area and smoothing my back. With my bra on my bra roll was a B cup by itself. I told them that it was important to me that that be gone. I am middle aged so I wasn't looking for perfection but what I was looking for was not to have sausage rolls down my back anymore. The day of the surgery, they pushed my surgery back a couple hours because they said the doctor (Dr. Jefferson) was sick. Which was fine because I know things happen. Once there, I followed their instruction and then the surgery began. I could feel the device they use to suck the fat out, literally jabbing me on the inside to the point I cried out loud a couple of times. I just told myself that it would be worth it if I could feel better about myself even though you are not supposed to be in a significant amount of pain during the procedure. After surgery, they put me in the body suit called a faja that I was to wear for 4-6 weeks. I wore it for 7. The faja they put me in was too big and therefore didn't hold me as tightly. I told them this at my 1st week post op and they said "oh well you can just go on amazon and buy another one". Keep in mind, I had just paid them $10,000 the week before and they put me in the wrong size and couldn't be bothered to correct their mistake. Since then I have not heard from them. No follow up appointment reminders, no calls to see if I am even still alive. So for me post op treatment was nearly non existent. So if you are looking for them to care past the point of wheeling you out post surgery, you may be disappointed and possibly need to set your expectations low. I really wish I had just saved my money and given it to a more reputable plastic surgeon because in my opinion, dr Jefferson did a piss poor job on me. If you do decide to use these business, I would consider very carefully which doctor you choose. I would absolutely not choose dr. Jefferson again. I will add photos of my back and side and you tell me if these are the 3 month results that I should expect. IF, it even looks like I had any work done at all. My pictures will seem more like before photos than appropriate after photos. I am so utterly disappointed and if I can save someone from my turmoil and misery over the exorbitant cost versus results that I received, I would gladly do. I also have lost weight (5 lbs) since the procedure so these rolls are not from weight gain. So you look at the photos and see what results paying them $10,000 got me. They say optimal results in 6 months but do you think these rolls will just disappear in 3 months? I'm not a betting woman but I'd put my life savings on saying no. I wish I could leave them a zero star rating! Update! they recently reached out to ask me to leave a review on 3 platforms but not to see if I had any complications from the surgery or even if I like the results, which I don't! At least they are consistent.

I saw a total of 5 staff to discuss various concerns, and spent about 20 minutes with Dr. Biesman going over a general maintenance path for graceful aging. Dr. Biesman even mentioned they were doing a clinical trial soon which I could be a candidate for that I had no idea about. I had read pretty extensively on the practice prior to the appointment and knew they conducted lots of clinical trials (which was a big factor in choosing them as a provider) but it was above and beyond to bring in his colleague who was conducting it to determine if I was a good fit before I spent time applying, and to also explain the process to me! I spoke with Tammy regarding skincare and she was also fantastic! She gave me samples of cleansers, that were big samples, and talked through options to try now, as well as mapping out a path forward if the samples worked out well. I feel for anyone who has to deal with him in their personal life given how comfortable he is being rude and demeaning in his professional life. Dr. Biesman, I hope you trust other medical professionals to the extent you trust yourself and use that trust to seek out professional help. If you have been in practice for this long and can't regulate your emotions to the extent you have several 1-2 stars reviews over mentioning the same behavior over a 10 year period, maybe it's time to deal with the issues that make you feel entitled to treat people the way you do. Don't use this doctor--there are many many plastic surgeons who aren't in the field to assert control and exercise their hatred toward women. I work in a field with specialized professionals and could never imagine they would speak to me or treat me the way he has treated patients and employees. And based on the most recent review, he tries to back people into legal corners to assert control. I smell a lawsuit.
