I have used Cryo-Logix for many years, and I have been very happy with their excellent customer service.

Saying I love Dr. Rajamand is an understatement! If you're looking for an all women's care facility…read moreFEM wellness is your place. Counseling, women's health and some spa services. Inquire within and for their pricing. She's no ordinary gynecologist and this is no ordinary office. I patiently waited for this practice to open so I could switch over. I have never met a provider that has and shows genuine compassion to her patients like she has shown me over the years. Her knowledge and transparency helps me maneuver my health decisions. She's a God send in my life and over saw my last pregnancy. Unfortunately this office doesn't offer OB care, but I'm done having any more kids. They will refer you if you do need OB care. My most recent visit was today. There was an unavoidable hiccup with scheduling. Some customer service would have been nice from the office. I'm a loyal customer/patient and was told that I had to be rescheduled without a blink; although it was a lose lose situation. Of course I was frustrated, but thankfully Dr. Rajamand was able to get me in and out. My only recommendation would be to avoid incidents like today is get on top of the program that sends emails. My appointment was made last year and had it not come through my old email, I would have missed it. Thank you always Dr. Rajamand; I am grateful for your diligent care. See you back in a few months!

I really wanted to like this office because I had heard so many great reviews, but unfortunately my…read moreexperience has been nothing but frustrating from the very beginning. I live in Sacramento, CA, so I already knew I'd be paying out of pocket. My first appointment was charged to my card the day before, which was completely fine. However, I kept receiving bills saying I still owed money. When I called, I was told not to worry because those charges would "fall off" my account since I was a self-pay patient. Well, they never did, and I continued receiving bills showing an outstanding balance. At my first appointment, the doctor was running late and told me I needed to repeat my bloodwork, even though I had just had it done about two months earlier. That was frustrating, but I agreed. She told me the lab orders would be sent to Labcorp. Because the bloodwork had to be done while I was on my period, I had to wait an entire month before I could schedule the appointment. When I finally arrived at Labcorp during the required time, they told me they had never received the lab orders from the office. I immediately called the office, and Mackenzie at the front desk answered. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. Instead of trying to solve the problem, she simply said she couldn't send the orders herself and would have to ask the medical assistant. While I was waiting, Labcorp called the office directly. I then overheard Mackenzie tell them that she had instructed me to "come another day" because she didn't know if the orders could be sent that day. That was completely false. She never told me to come back another day. Had she actually communicated that to me, I would have explained that I couldn't simply come back because my doctor specifically instructed me that the bloodwork had to be done while I was on my period. Her lack of communication, poor attitude, and terrible customer service turned an already frustrating situation into an unnecessarily stressful one. Front desk staff are often the first impression of a medical practice, and unfortunately Mackenzie's attitude reflected very poorly on the office. Between the ongoing billing issues, disorganization, poor communication, and the unprofessional customer service I received, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with a medical office. I really wanted this practice to work out because of all the positive reviews, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Because of everything that's happened, I will not be returning to this office and will be looking for a new provider. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.

The space seems to be so much bigger. The staff has always been great and from my experience today, that hasn't changed a bit. Today I was here for my yearly exam with Dr. Working, who I have been seeing for over 10 years. She is simply the best!

My experience with this OB office was extremely disappointing and, at times, genuinely upsetting…read more Throughout my pregnancy, I dealt with severe symptoms including vomiting to the point my throat was bleeding, GERD and heartburn so bad I lost my voice, and one-sided leg swelling, which is a known red flag. These were not minor discomforts and directly impacted my ability to safely perform my job in the medical field. Despite this, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as "normal pregnancy symptoms," without meaningful evaluation. At one point, the clinic supervisor called me while I could barely speak due to losing my voice. I explained clearly that it was from severe reflux and heartburn. She said she would get me in to see Dr. St. Pierre, but when I was seen, that concern was not meaningfully addressed. I was told earlier in my pregnancy that if my symptoms became unmanageable, I could speak with Dr. St. Pierre about being taken off work. When I did, she initially refused to complete disability paperwork and dismissed my situation. She also referenced Nevada being a "right to work" state, which is unrelated to medical leave. My mother-in-law, who has decades of HR experience, was present and confirmed that statement was inaccurate. After significant pushback, the paperwork was eventually accepted, but the process was unnecessarily difficult. I was even directed to labor and delivery triage to initiate paperwork when my OB was unavailable, only to receive more resistance there. There was no continuity or clear process. Dr. St. Pierre also took multiple trips during my pregnancy. When I reached out with complications, I was told they could not assist because my OB was out of town. There did not appear to be adequate coverage. At my final appointment, instead of a discussion about my condition, the first thing Dr. St. Pierre said was, "Why don't you just get induced since you're so uncomfortable?" I was not yet 39 weeks, and there was no explanation of risks or reasoning. It felt dismissive. In contrast, when I saw Nurse Practitioner Katie Bischoff, she clearly explained my stress test results and provided thoughtful guidance about induction. The difference in communication and care was significant. Continuity of care in this office is poor. I rarely saw the same provider. During one visit, Nurse Practitioner Ann Murtada greeted me with "Who do you belong to?" which set the tone for how impersonal the office feels. Additionally, during two stress tests with Dr. St. Pierre, nothing was explained. I was left without clarity during an already stressful time. To be fair, Nurse Practitioner Katie Bischoff, Nurse Practitioner McKenzie Rosette, and Dr. Mellum provided good care. However, my experiences with Nurse Practitioner Ann Murtada and Dr. St. Pierre were the opposite. On the administrative side, the office felt transactional. I paid around $1,500 and remained current, yet was consistently pressured for payment before being checked in. Requests for minimal flexibility were treated as a problem. I also raised concerns with the clinic supervisor and received no meaningful support. Overall, this office felt cold, disorganized, and lacking in communication and compassion. I regret choosing this provider for my pregnancy. If you are looking for supportive prenatal care, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I went here a few times after I had a miscarriage. The physician ordered a blood test. I was running late to an appointment, so I called the physician to see if we should reschedule and whether the appointment was necessary. She told me to go to the appointment anyway. She literally only spoke to me for between 3 to 5 minutes to give me my test results (which she could have easily done over the phone) and then charged my insurance hundreds of dollars for that 3-5 minute visit. (I was on a PPO plan and also had to pay out of pocket for a portion of the visit.) That experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say, when it came time to find a practice for my prenatal care, I went elsewhere. So far, I haven't had the same experience at my new practice. (My new practice doesn't waste my time or money when merely providing me with test results; I assume it's because the staff realize that there are limits (yes, limits!) to how far one goes when trying to make money.)

I walked then after receiving a referral from my general practitioner and with scheduled right away however it was over 2 months out which was not within the timeline of what my GP had been required. Over the past 2 days I called 8 to 9 times trying to get ahold of the office within office hrs. I just called again asking for someone to give me a call back through the answering service and was told I was not allowed to leave a message and that I would have to call back again. It should not be that difficult to schedule one single correct appointment and it should not take 9 phone calls. I recommend making some kind of update to their front office staff, the answering service or whoever they have decided to help them manage the inflow of new patients in the future. 7th of Feb - rcvd a call back. Going to give them a short. Will review and update.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garol's for coming up 4 years. I can't vouch for his obstetrician…read moreskills, just his gynecology skills, but I wish I had found him sooner. I met him while inpatient during an emergency and while I was absolutely miserable, I loved his bedside manner, personality and education and fully trusted him and his decisions without hesitation. I say I wish I met him sooner because he seemed to have a lot more willingness to research my medical history that could have saved me having the emergency requiring his care. As another said, you feel like he is actually listening and invested in you as a patient, a very very desirable quality for a doctor to have. He literally saved my life. After that inpatient experience, he let me stay with him for future reproductive healthcare, and I was able to leave my previous doctor who I had never been satisfied with. Every year I have my annual check up due to being high risk for cancer, and every interaction is like seeing an old friend, he is always friendly, genuine and often funny too. I still trust him, and am completely comfortable with him given the type of exam. His office is slow (like it can take an hour to be seen after your appointment time) and large, and can feel like a bit like a cog in a machine here, but its worth it to see him as my doctor. I have also seen on Facebook that when women ask for recommendations he is highly regarded there as well. I am not sure if he is taking new patients or not, but if so and you're in need of a doctor you like for a very vulnerable part of your healthcare, I highly suggest Dr. Garol.
