We've been a patient of Dr. Ashley since 2015. Location: Convenient (Downtown next to Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center) Waiting Area: Uncomfortable seating, especially for bigger people, and can be very full at times. Aesthetically it could use some help. Staff: The CNAs/MAs are great. The office staff isn't very helpful. They are split between Dr. Ashley-Cothern and Dr. Hernandez and give a feeling that they are overwhelmed and inept at times due to failure to follow through (call backs, follow-ups, paperwork [i.e. FMLA]). Also make sure you check your deductibles & copays and know what they are. The office staff aren't alway accurate about those. Dr. Ashley-Cothern seems rushed at times. However, if you ask questions she will answer them well. We have shown up early for an appointment, then had wait 1 hour, but we told why (an emergent situation at the hospital). We've also experienced Dr. Ashley has cancelled on us due to emergent situations. It's super annoying, inconvenient, and infuriating. HOWEVER, when we needed her (i.e. birthing our child), Dr. Ashley was there for us too. read more

Dr. Ashley was terrible throughout my entire pregnancy. Originally, I wanted to be seen by Dr. Hernandez but she was only taking pregnant patients. I wanted a few pointers on how to get pregnant. At first she seemed nice and helpful. But then throughout my pregnancy she was worried about high blood pressure. I was sent to high risk and had to pay out of pocket. I told Dr. Ashley I would not be going back. Then she referred me again. I didn't go. She always seemed rushed and spent 5 minutes with me each visit. She asked me the same questions each visit. I had told her I wanted an unmedicated birth. And she seemed on board. Come 38 weeks she sent me to St. Mary's to have lab work done. Everything came back normal and I did not have preeclampsia. Then she had me induced. I was put on the highest amount of pitocin for 2 days. I made little to no progress. Then my contractions got so bad I had to have an epidural. They also had to put internal monitors on baby's head to watch her heart rate because of the drugs. Dr. Ashley then broke my water and I eventually had to have a csection because they were worried about the rate of infection. Luckily Dr. Hernandez did my csection. I felt more comfortable with her. I went to my 6 week postpartum appointment and told her my bleeding was bright red. She put me on birth control and I didn't take it. And she said baths were ok. I again did not listen. I ended up going to Carson Tahoe ER because the bleeding got worse. I had ultra sounds done and have now gone to follow up with a new doctor. I will need another procedure because there is something in my uterus causing the bleeding. If you want an unmedicated birth or this is your first pregnancy. Do not go to Dr. Ashley she will not answer your questions in which you will feel comfortable. She seems to want to fix everything with medication and rushes you out the door. read more

If you have doctor ashley as a doctor. Please leave her office. After delivering my twins, I told her I was not well. I mentioned my hormones were super off, asked for guidance. Asked if I should stop the birth control or breast feeding. She basically just told me to figure it out. And thought I was seeking pain meds. 6 weeks after my c section... so much so that she referred me to a methadone clinic. Which is INSANE cause I had only been taking them for a few weeks. When I got a reminder about my 3 month PP checkup. I called and told them I didn't feel like I needed the appointment. They asked why, and I said, "dr. Ashley basically told me to screw my self when I came in seeking help!" I've been her patient for over 6 years. She's cut me open on multiple occasions for my endometriosis.. (which after one surgery she apologized to me cause she was being so dismissive of my pain and then told me how my endometriosis was so severe it was crushing my fallopian tube) she was so checked out during my pregnancy and any issue I had. I wasn't gaining weight, I was sick constantly. She would constantly refer me elsewhere. I would end up at different doctors. And they would all refer me back to her and tell me "to tell her to do her job". Which of course I didn't. But, never understood why she didn't just want to help me. Now I'm three months postpartum and I said I didn't want to go in and have her basically not help me and waste my time. Today, I received a letter from her saying "we haven't established the rapport that's essential for a good patient/doctor relationship" simply because I called her out for not helping me. Again.. I've been her patient for years and has multiple surgeries. And now that I'm telling her I feel like she's choosing not to help me. We haven't established a good rapport? I sought help. Mainly for my depression and my hormones. And she made me feel crazy. People wonder why moms aren't well after they have babies... this. Not getting care. Doctors not wanting to do their jobs. Doctors not listening. I'm so shocked and hurt. Doing this to a new mom is cruel. She should be ashamed of herself. read more

I have nothing bad to say about Dr Holly Ashley. She was professional, listened to what I has to say, and my concerns. Ordered the tests that she thought I needed and in the end, she had to refer me to another doctors office which ended up being for the best. My issue comes from her office staff. I read reviews before I started at this office and chose to hope that the several(should have been my first clue) bad reviews on the desk staff was wrong. It wasn't and it made my time there VERY stressful. They are sooo unorganized and snotty. I totally understand a busy office, but you need to treat every person with respect. Sometimes the reason people are in the office can be a really difficult time in their lives and the office staff has no regard to that. The final straw that made me get on yelp was when I got to the new doctors office that Dr Ashley referred me to and they were unable to get my test results or information after 4 fax request and several phone calls from the Dr and myself. I ended up paying out of my own pocket to get the test all over again because they could not send over my records. I wouldn't do what I did and think maybe you will have better luck with her office. If I could leave "0" stars I would. Dr. (and I say that loosely) Ashley is horrible. In 2022, my Gynecologist that I'd been going to since I was 18 years old retired, and I had to find a new Gyno. So, I picked Dr. Ashley as she was in the same location as my previous Gyno and she was in my network for insurance. Dr. Ashley's office was so dirty and unorganized. They called my name in the waiting room before I was finished filling out my paperwork (I had to finish filling out the paperwork in the examining room). They put me in one examining room for my annual pap-smear, then came in while I was just about to get undressed and said I had to be switched to another room. When Dr. Ashley came into the room, she seemed so rushed, inconvenienced and like I was wasting her time. She asked what I was there for? I said my annual pap-smear. She asked when my last pap-smear was, I told her 2021. She said I don't need a pap-smear every year, that I need them every 5 years. I explained I have an underlying condition and I am supposed to have a pap-smear every year per my previous Gyno's recommendation (did she not even look at my chart/history?). Dr. Ashley sighed and acted put-out and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She quickly gave me a "semi" pap-smear and a quick swipe of my breasts; it took about 3 minutes, and she said "there, consider that your pap-smear". I asked her if she also does rectal exams as my previous Gyno did. She scrunched up her face and said, "I don't do those", making me feel so disgusting. It's not like I'm begging for a rectal exam, I was just under the impression that they were standard. I had mentioned to her that I had, had a colonoscopy a few months back and that I didn't need another one for 10 years even though they found and removed a polyp. Dr. Ashley was more concerned about calling the colonoscopy doctor then taking care of my reason for seeing her. She couldn't have left the examining room any faster to call about my colonoscopy and left me in the room not knowing if my appointment was over or not (I had to pop my head out the door and ask if I could come out). I have never been made to feel so disgusting for being a woman than Dr. Ashley made me feel and the way she treated me was less than substandard. I would never recommend Dr. Ashley or her office to anyone. I don't even know how she keeps patients or stays in practice? She definitely gives Gynecologists a bad name. I have since found an outstanding Gynecologist who makes me feel heard, seen and makes me feel amazing and proud to be a woman. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My experience with Dr. Ashley and this office is the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. I went in for a pap and a check in for a possible infection. I explained all of my symptoms and my reason for being there with the assistant that checked me in. She was kind and told me that Dr. Ashley would come in, introduce herself and chat with me, then advise me to change. Dr. Ashley came in, coldly handed me her card then told me to put on the gown and left the room. She didn't sit down, she didn't talk with me first, nothing. Once I was undressed, she hastily came back into the room, did the pap exam in 2 minutes flat and only talked with me about my ingrown hairs and chaffing on the insides of my thighs. She quickly told me she thinks I may have PCOS (I've never had a cyst or an inconsistent period) and she would be back in to chat with me about it after I got dressed. When she came back in, she handed me a "fact sheet" on PCOS and told me to make an ultrasound appointment with the front desk. A little shaken and confused, I went to the front desk. When I started to chat with the gal there, I remembered Dr. Ashley did not even address my potential infection. I asked the front desk gal about it and she ran back to talk with Dr. Ashley. When I continued asking questions about my urine sample, etc. the front desk gal sent me back to chat with Dr. Ashley once more. When I sat back down with her, she talked to me as if I was a burden and she didn't have time for me. The exchange was less than a minute long. After I told her everything, she sighed and said "I guess I'll give you antibiotics" and left the room. I will absolutely NEVER be back to this office again. I would not recommend Dr. Ashley's service to my worst enemy. She doesn't care, she isn't thorough, and she is way too hasty. I can handle a tough "bedside manner" but this was awful. I still do not have answers, I am thoroughly worried about this PCOS assumption and Dr. Ashley has done nothing but leave me in the dark. read more

Reading the other reviews seems like I went to a different doctor! I would have loved to have the same experience as the other reviewers but sadly I did not. The review is not only for Dr. Ashley but for the office and staff as well. First of all the lobby of the office is not clean and chairs are ripped, it does not cost much to get some new chairs and vacuum the lobby once in a while or does it? The girls at the front office never know what is going on. My first visit, even though I had already had a pregnancy test done at the pregnancy center at Renown and given a copy of the results to the front office, I was asked if I was even pregnant and they made me take another pregnancy test, which I thought was weird. Secondly when they give you those small cups to pee in they don't have a proper place to put them in, you have to put them on this counter in the bathroom next to other pee samples and they are completely exposed to being tampered with. The first time I had to do this, there were five other samples on the counter!!! It's disgusting. On my first visit I was asked all the standard questions and given my approximate due date. The doctor also gave me a prescription for some prenatal vitamins that she said she highly recommended. I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist informed me that these vitamins are usually not covered by insurance because they are so expensive, surely enough my insurance company said no, the cost of the vitamins....$150.00 for a 30 day supply. Seriously who prescribes a prenatal that is so costly? On my second visit, the girls at the front office had no clue why I was there, and again I was asked if I was pregnant. When I went in the nurse again asked me all the same questions as before, but I guess this time she wrote down my responses. The Doctor came in and was rushing, mind you I was the only patient there. It was like I was there for the first time, she didn't have any of my lab results ready, didn't follow up with some of the concerns I had on my first visit, but really what got me was when she was doing the ultrasound and said do you know your due date because I don't know it. COME ON, you are the one that told me my due date on our first visit, do you not have it written down on your chart? It may be a small detail not checking when my due date is and not having reviewed my labs but I have to have a c-section so I need a doctor that knows everything and pays attention to the most minute detail. I am so glad that our stay in the Reno area was only temporary and now I am back with my previos OBGYN in San Diego, because I could not imagine feeling confidant or comfortable with this doctor during labor or the whole pregnancy phase. read more

Horrible and unprofessional experience. I don't even know where to start. I rarely write reviews but I would never let a friend or even an acquaintance use Dr. Ashley as an OB. Reason for appointment: Abnormal Pap Smear with human papillomavirus infection (HPV) Experience/Appointment #1. Dr. Ashley (45 min late for appt) walks in and tells me i need colposcopy, rushingly walks me to front desk and i get scheduled. Did not examine me, ask questions, or confirm medical history that assistant asked prior to seeing Dr. Ashley and messed up on my medical records (will explain further at end). Took time off work and wasted 1 hour of my day waiting for an appointment that lasted literally 5 minutes. I left this appointment confused. I didn't understand WHY i was CHARGED by her office only for her to come in and tell me i need to schedule another appointment. But desperate to get answers (I have never been diagnosed with HPV or any STI ever), i scheduled Colposcopy and ignored the annoyance. Experience/Appointment #2. Colposcopy day. Dr. Ashley and staff (ONE HOUR LATE), total time with Dr. Ashley - 15 minutes. As soon as i walked in the room i felt uncomfortable, the room was dirty and cluttered, and the medical assistant did not introduce herself (um you're going to be looking at my va-jay-jay is it too much to say Hi after calling my name from waiting room and at least introduce yourself or say your credentials?). Dr. Ashley says "we went over your pap last appointment right?" i said no I was actually surprised. She had assistant go get copy of my pap, handed it to me and rushes into my colposcopy while I'm reading my pap says "high risk HPV". While completing my pap (took maybe 10 mins) she kept apologizing saying "sorry" not just once, continuously. That is the last thing i want to hear my OB saying while she's scraping my cervix. Are you doing something wrong or just not confident? She seemed more uncomfortable than me! As if i couldn't be more uncomfortable at thet the end she said "thanks for letting me down there" i was APPALLED. After she completed colposcopy I asked her some private questions and she replied stating she "didn't have time" this appointment and encouraged me to make a follow up appointment for that and to go over colposcopy results. Excuse me? I am a busy professional taking time out of my work day for this, I should not have to waste another 1.5 hours of my day in her office for an appointment that lasts 15 minutes. I just payed $150.00 for 15 minutes. You just gave me pap results that read high risk HPV that you should have gone over last appointment and now you're going to tell me you "DONT HAVE TIME" TO COMFORT YOUR WORRIED/CONCERNED PATIENT and to make another follow up appointment so you can be late seeing me, get your money, and rush me through my appointment? I asked her if she could call me instead and she said yes although she encourages patients to come in to hear results. Wanting answers i hesitantly scheduled my next follow up per Dr. Ashley. After reflecting on how frustrating my experiences with Dr. Ashley was I called the office, and requested Dr. Ashley just call me with results. Her staff acknowledged. Later that week, I received a call from one of her office staff members named Christina (I was expecting call from Dr. Ashley, not random staff member). She asked me if Dr. Ashley went over the LEEP procedure with me, i told her No and how i wanted her to call me with results. She told me Dr. Ashley wanted me to come in for the LEEP procedure and i explained i wanted to transition care to different OB but AGAIN wanted results. Christina then told me i have "severe cervical dysplasia"(not sure if she is qualified to tell me private medical information about my results, this also made me uncomfortable). At this point i realized i would never get another call from Dr. Ashley because there was not money involved for her benefit and if she didn't have time for me when i did pay for appointment why would she have time when i'm not? After I received my medical records: THIS IS THE WORST PART. #1. My name was incorrectly spelled (how do you mess that up?) #2. My family medical history is INCORRECT- assistant verbally asked my med history at first appointment, Dr. Ashley never confirmed any info in med history it is WRONG on MY MEDICAL RECORDS #3. Records read CIN 1 MILD DYSPLASIA, over the phone Christina told me i had CIN 3 SEVERE DYSPLASIA. I have lost all trust in Dr. Ashley and to say i am disappointed is an understatement. This is MY HEALTH! Ladies, if you want a relationship with your OB and want to ACTUALLY SEE them or have CORRECT information explained to you, stay far away from Dr. Ashley's office!!!!!!!! read more

Dr. Ashley was my OB for my second pregnancy and for the most part, I had a pretty good experience. The office staff wasn't bad and the doctor took precautions with my high blood pressure to make sure baby and I were okay. I have to say she did always seem rushed when I asked questions, but I figured she was super super busy so I let it go. It did kind of bug me that she would ask questions that I already answered and should have been in my chart, but again, super busy doctor with tons of patients so I let it go. HOWEVER, I had a tubal litigation weeks after birth and during my follow up with the doctor she said my belly button incision "looked really good" but I had noticed something didn't look right at the bottom and it still hurt when I sat a certain way. But she's the doctor so I figured, I'm fine. WELL she MISSED a stitch at the bottom of my belly button and because I didn't know until it was too late, my stitches RIPPED and my incision is now open from the bottom of my belly button to almost the outside of it. I now have to go to the hospital to have it looked at and fixed. Oh and uh, it's been a month since the surgery and yet my stitches HAVE TORN and my incision IS OPEN! I no longer reccomend read more

Dr. Ashley is fine herself. She gets the job the done. So I guess I can't complain about her. A lot of the time she is rushed and doesn't listen thoroughly. Her office staff is the worst I've dealt with. I too work in the office of a medical office. I understand completely being busy and overbook or stressed out. But come on!! The girls are rude. They have canceled two of my appointments without notice and cannot give me a new appointment for months. THEY canceled I did not. There is so urgency. There is no compassion. Not once have they understood why I am there for the visit. My labs take weeks to have them tell me the results once they are received. I never receive a reminder or confirmation call. Sadly, this is who my insurance says I can see. But if it were up to me, I would be in a new office. read more

First time I met Dr Ashley because scheduling with Dr Hernandez took a longer time. She was soooo rushed, asked me a lot of questions very quickly and directed me to her scheduler for an ultrasound and a surgery. I was shocked how everything went by super fast and now they're asking me what date I want to schedule the surgery? I was like, hold it, I need to discuss thsi with some people before I make a decision. They also charged more than I usually pay for in an OB consult. I am now currently expecting again and am thankful to have a doctor that is so genuine and compassionate. First, I did not know I was pregnant and had really bad abdominal pain, so I went into the ER. They confirmed I was 9 weeks pregnant and said to follow up with Renown Pregnancy Center. Well, I did, and my experience there was horrible, the OB who was treating me was a male doctor and the whole time he was talking about doing a C-Section planned on another patient and that he needed to get there on time. Plus, he did not explain what he was doing to me during the trans-vaginal ultrasound. I felt very uncomfortable so I decided to search for a new OB, preferably female, just my preference. I begun seeing Dr. Ashley at 21 weeks. She is so amazing, experienced, compassionate and extremely excellent in her field as a practitioner. My first appointment was an ultrasound and I found out at her clinic I was having a boy! She was doing many ultrasounds, because, they could not locate the left ventricle of my babies heart; so she gave me a referral to a specialist. Anyways, I was consistently seeing her often because I was considered high risk pregnancy due to my cervix being short. She found out via hospital records. Then, at night, after hours I got a call from her saying that my condition was very important and serious. So she immediately sent me medication called progesterone to help thicken my cervix to prevent preterm labor and I picked it up the next day. Dr. Ashley, has taken care of me my whole pregnancy. She has done all the labs and gotten results back. She takes care of her patients with very close attention to the babies concerns regarding development and health. I went into labor at St. Mary's hospital with a planned C-Section at 39 weeks. Well, my water broke at 36 weeks 1 day at 12:20 AM at night. She has an on call team. i told her I would trust her to do my surgery but unfortunately she was not on call that night. So, Dr. Najaima performed my C- Section @ 2 AM and she did a very good job. Her on call staff are very good as well, I am just not comfortable with male doctors for some reason. Afterwards, she came in the hospital room the second day, and spoke with me telling me I would be staying until Sunday. At the hospital the mandatory stay is three days after surgery. While, I had a very rude nurse come in the room in the morning telling me she was going to take my IV out and that because of my anxiety from the night before the nurse said she spoke with my OB saying it would be better to send me home on the second day. I heard her in the background having my back, luckily the CNA opened my door and got my doctor. I broke down because I was still in so much pain, I could barely walk. I told my doctor that the nurse had no place to advise you on my care as she did not watch me all night nor did she know all the pain I was in from recovering. So she said not to worry, and gave me the correct pain killers, as I was taking before I was pregnant for fibermyalgia and osteoporosis I felt relieved after a spoke to her a second time and she got the nursing supervisor in so I could speak on my experience. I just felt this nurse did to want to take care of me and I did not want her too take care of me the whole day while I was in so much pain so I changed my nurse. My main point is if you are looking for an OB, Dr. Ashley is the one to go too. She is very good. The office staff may be a bit slow but sometimes you have to sacrifice and wait to see the right doctor that will take care of you good, at first the front staff was rude but so far they have been improving immensely. Also, Dr. Ashley is sometimes not in office due to on call surgery or days off; so I would advise to call ahead of time; just to make sure she is there before you go in for your appointment. I am still in her care as post partum mom and with a health baby! Lastly, she does accept medicaid amerigroup but you must have card with you. read more

She is absolutely amazing. I first met her about 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my twins. I'd just been "fired" (I walked out) from OBGYN Associates for advocating for myself and my babies. Dr. Ashley was AMAZING. She really believes in INFORMED CONSENT. If I had questions she was literally willing to print out the research she was referencing for me to look over with my husband and make an informed decision. She has never touched me without obtaining my permission, she has always explained anything she was going to do (ex. I'm going to do a cervical exam now to check your dilation, ok?) before she did anything, she followed my birth plan as well as we were medically able to, and she actually made me feel EMPOWERED by my pregnancy and birth, rather than making me feel like I had a disease like previous doctors had during my twin pregnancy and my singleton pregnancy. And even today I walked into her office and as soon as she entered the room she was glad to see me, greeted me by name (without having to look at my chart), and asked about my babies and if she could see pictures. My twins are 2 now, and she hasn't seen them since my 6 week appointment. She is an amazing doctor who is willing to take the time to get to know her patients and really devote the time to discuss what options (pregnancy/birth control/treatment) is really best for your and your family. I can not sing her praises high enough. The office usually does run a bit behind the appointment time BUT you have to keep in mind that she gives each patient her full and undivided attention. read more

It's sad that people who don't like what they hear can write bad things about good people. I happened to stumble upon the first review posted on 9/10, when I had to look Dr. Ashley up via Google to find out her new office phone number. I couldn't read that post and not share my own experience, because I find that person's review hard to believe. Dr. Ashley is kind, patient, reliable and extremely competent. I first came to her when I was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum and was unable to reach my primary OB--I was desperate to find someone who could see me urgently and prescribe something to relieve the endless nausea and vomiting...Dr. Ashley saw me the same day that I called. She would later call my husband throughout the next few weeks to check on me, and even gave me her cell phone number when I ran into her once at the store. Of course HG was not enough, and I eventually required bed rest for preterm contractions and Dr. Ashley saw cared for me diligently every week during this time. I credit her competent care and endless compassion for me and my husband as the reason for the safe and uncomplicated delivery of my now healthy 13 month old son. read more

She might be a good OB but I wouldn't know because her office staff is so incompetent and completely heartless. I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks, and they said I should be seen at 8 weeks but they were too busy to get me in until 12 weeks. At 6 weeks, I started spotting and cramping and asked to be seen. They told me they had an appointment at 11:30 but they wouldn't take me because I hadn't been seen before and they don't take new patients on Mondays. I could go to the ER or talk to their medical assistant. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, three people told me they couldn't see me because I'm new and another told me that was a mistake and they didn't have an 11:30 appointment after all. So rather than get me in for an ultrasound and a vaginal swab to see if I have an infection, they sent me to the ER to be surrounded by infectious people. That is the most ridiculous excuse for a doctors office I have ever heard of and inexcusable to treat someone going through such a heartbreaking and painful experience. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Ashlely's for almost seven years. Dr. Ashley has provided me with nothing but excellent care. In 2008, my husband and I were expecting our first child. When I was seven months pregnant, I went into preterm labor. Since our small town is not equipped to handle premature births, I was sent to Reno for more advanced care. At that point, I was rushed into an operating room full of doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel. Dr. Ashley was one of the many doctors that provided care for me on that day. Sadly, our small son had too many medical problems and he did not survive. Needless to say, my husband and I were completely devastated. Even though we had just met Dr. Ashley, she reached out to us in kindness and compassion during our time of heartbreak. During our many follow-up appointments, Dr. Ashley was there to listen to us, answer our questions, and help us grieve the loss of our tiny son. Dr. Ashley has not only been by our side during our most difficult times, but she's also been by our side in our happiest moments. My husband and I have since been blessed with two beautiful, healthy children. Throughout my pregnancies, Dr. Ashley provided nothing but excellent care. She was always very attentive at every appointment, she monitored me very closely, and she was always very patient in listening to my many worries and concerns. Dr. Ashley is someone that holds a special place in mine and my husband's hearts. She is not only an amazing doctor, but an amazing and caring person, too. Sometimes it is difficult to find the positives or blessings in the midst of a tragedy, but, it is easy for my husband and I to see that the greatest blessing that we received through the loss of our son was meeting Dr. Ashley. She is truly a blessing to us. She means the world to us...and she helped give us our "world"...our precious children! I highly recommend Dr. Ashley to anyone that is looking for a kind, caring, and competent doctor. She is the best!! read more

well I'm not sure where to start considering should be professional doctors office. I will put blame on the office as a whole considering they are a team and should run as one facility. this is an OBGYN doctor and should be taken seriously considering you don't know why the individual is in there. I had four miscarriages since my first I was referred to doctor Ashley's office as she was accepting new patients the office was busy and the staffs in there talking about personal things yet quick to take the co-pay paperwork no smiles no short conversation.The doctor ran a bunch of tests I see why now.. i have been to this office three times. they have charged me thousands of dollars and never touched me not one time and we pee in a cup. I had to be sent all the way across town where I live to get labs. The doctor is not attentive as she has never followed up at all has no sense of feeling for you personally but will advise you of what can be done it's still been 2 months and I haven't heard from her yet! Or from either the office of ANY of my test results overall in the last 6 months very sad as I'm still paying off my lab fees. I will not recommend this office horrible! I will not return they rob you of your money and insurance and get no results no call back no follow up as of this I am posting my opinions about it here on Yelp. Hope it helps. read more

I would give her 0 Stars but there is no such thing . Mark my words that Holly Ashley is the most dumbest and stupidest OB/GYN doctor. Her waiting time is obscured! There is a sign in sheet and I fill out and I see she takes in people before me ! I sometimes had to wait 1 hr and 30 min . When I would have to have my 2 Week Check Ups , I wouldn't see her , I would see her like once a month mainly because she was always on Vacation or on a cruise . Like why would she say see you next Monday if she was going to be on vacation ? Horrible Person in general . I wouldn't recommend her ! read more

Dr. Ashley was and is an amazing doctor. She delivered both my children, and I couldnt be happier. I felt very cared for before, during and after my pregnancies. She is extremely knowledgable, and took the time during my appointments to answer any questions I had, and alleviate any fears. I highly recommend her. read more

Unfortunately, the way this office is run is anything but professional. Scheduling with this doctor is extremely inconvenient as she is out of the office often. Or as in my case, will reschedule because she out of the office, get a confirmation about the appointment and get a call the next day asking to reschedule again because she scheduled a surgery instead. How much time am I going to have to take off work to be seen? I find that quite inconsiderate. If you have an appointment at 8:30 am, considerate it 9:30. Trying to get a prescription renewed? Good luck. Having this office coordinate with my pharmacy took weeks. No hormones for over 14 days- you bet I was all over the place. Or the new billing system a few months ago- 6 months with no notification about new billing changes and get slapped with $600 before I can be seen again since it had been so long. I never felt 100% with the answers I got from Ms. Ashley, as I tried my best to ask the questions in a way she could understand. Shouldn't it bet the other way around? She was always in a rush and 'had patients waiting'. I decided not to continue going to this office since I have had so many issues, but needed the last test results I had taken. I requested these results THREE times and still no answers today. No return calls, zero reliability, and a faulty office system. Ladies, get a different OBGYN. read more
