All through she seemed to represent the buyer more. I regret not using an Attorney and she did not even suggest it. She misrepresented me throughout the whole process. Before i signed for the sale i told her im not paying the buyers realtor, she said it was negotiable and after i signed for the sale and brought it back to her that im not paying for the buyer's realtor(not sure there was even one). She then said she did not tell me it was negotiable, if i wanted them to work for free. 'A BIG LIE' In the beginning, to get me on board she listed the house at a certain price, then in about 1-2 weeks she tried to get me to agree for her to list my brand new house at approx $100,000 less which i did not agree, However i agreed to a lower price than the original listed, not knowing she was going to lie about the negotiable buyers realtor fee. She took a whole 6% for she and the so-called buyer realtor fee. I feel like she sold the house to her friend or family. After the sale i was told that she hid it from me that i was not responsible for the buyer's realtor fee as this law was passed way before the sale of my house. I was very disappointed and could not understand how someone could be so damn dishonest to someone they chose to represent. Anyway she should know that karma has a way of getting wrong doers.

My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.
