We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket. Both are headed up by Steve Simpson, but I will focus my discussion on my realtor, Peggy, whom was fantastic throughout the process of selling my rental property. Offering a wealth of knowledge and skill, she did a fantastic job of diligently working with me to explain every step of the way, without being overbearing or pressuring me. She advised me on the best time to sell my property, kept me apprised of the costs throughout the process (effectively my biggest concern), discarded offers that were unreasonably low and not worth my time, and persistent for a good 3 months before we finally found a buyer at a price point that hit about 90% of my criteria. Thanks to 407 and Peggy's hard work, we were able to be alleviated of the credit burden an unwanted investment property brings and we left the sale with enough money to put towards a home that's just for us!
