We paid them for a water test to check our wells. They will not return our phone calls and we never received the test results.

Don't give them your credit card number unless you are ok with them running it whenever they want. Horrible customer service. read more

This company serviced my existing water softener for quite a while. I was quite please with the service. All of a sudden they fell off the face of the planet. Typical Florida company. I used this company to get a water filtration system in my house. It purified my water substantially better than the filter in the fridge did. It taste better than bottled water and is much better for the environment not having to have so many bottles of water on hand. The guys that did the install and the guy that booked the appointment were very professional, fast and efficient. When they explained it all to me I got to understand it much better and you could tell they were very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for help with their water needs. read more

RUN AWAY DO NOT WALK...RUN! This company is a scam. The owner is a thief. They took a $3,000 deposit and went MIA, and now I have to file a lawsuit to try to get them to pay it back. They told me I needed a new well, a new filtration system, a new pump- then called me back and added an under counter purification for an additional $1,000 from the original estimate which was $1,000's. Someone came to my home unannounced at 10 pm to collect a deposit of $3,000 which was 25%. Shady. I could not reach them for days after then it was tons of excuses or no response at all. I never saw anyone again after I gave the deposit. I hired a lawyer to try to get them to return my money and they lied and said they dropped off $1,000 worth of equipment so they wanted to withhold $1,000. I am now forced to file against them. Still have not been paid a dime back. Please call Aqua Soft instead. They were reasonable and professional and told me I didn't need a well. I had a burned out pump in my barn which created low pressure in the house. I am going to file against them because after reading the other reviews this is a pattern. read more

BEWARE of these scammers! I bet all these positive reviews come from their personal friends and acquaintances. Here is our story so far with them: We bought a house in Jupiter Farms and this was the first time we had to deal with a well and whatnot. We called these scammers thinking that they were legit. One of these scammers came to our house, checked out everything ( which he didn't), and discussed a few things with us. The next day his boss (Joshua Stanley) showed up, didn't present himself as the president of this so called company, and started freaking us out about our water situation and how things were really bad. He said we needed a new water system and a new well ASAP. He mentioned he wasn't a salesman like ten times but kept pushing us to buy his new water system that would solve all our problems, including the white residue in our water. Because we have a small child and as naive as we were, we fell for their scam. So we spent $6500 on a new water system and a well. They gave us nothing in writing, and every time we asked for anything in writing they would avoid the topic and change the subject. Fast forward a week and $6500 later, nothing was fixed. We still had the white residue in our water, and the water was still crap. When we call them about it, they said "oh, it's the area you live at, it's just bad water there". We spoke to them about returning the water system since it didn't deliver as promised, and right away we got a call from Mike, promising that he would make everything right for us. He came by, looked at the system and presumably did some tests, and said that the well they dug was bad. He said he would put us on schedule for that ASAP. Two months later, after avoiding numerous calls and text messages from us, they came out, dug a 25 ft well (which is too shallow by the way) and never came back to hook it up. We called and texted them to send us the water test results in writing before they would do anything. Their assistant finally gave in and made up some numbers and sent them to use to put us at ease. We had other companies come out and double check everything they were doing, and they raised some serious concerns about how they do things. Here is where we are with these scammers- ever since they dug up that second well they completely ignored our texts and calls. We have found out that they overcharged us by $1500 for that water system and they had the system programmed in a way that it would consume very little salt per month (no more than one bag) while charging us $ 25/month for premium service. Mind you that I also prepaid $500 in salt before I bought this package crap they pushed us to buy. Obviously our situation with them is far from over. What is troubling and what everyone should know is that the wells they dig are illegal for home use. We called the Palm Beach county Health department and requested a permit for that well they dug for us. They sent us a copy. What we found was sickening: The permits they get are for irrigation wells, and by law are not supposed to hook them up to people's homes (Irrigation duh!). Second, they do this to avoid going through a rigorous process, which includes testings and stuff. What's worse is that they forged our signature on the permit to get the permit. So what we have now, is an irrigation well hooked to our home water supply, which is again illegal to do as emphasized by the health department. So if you had your wells dug out with these scammers, call the health department and request a copy of the permits urgently. We are in the process of taking legal actions against these scammers. The whole point of this dissertation review is to do your research before you get scammed. Get everything in writing, and make sure you see those well permits. read more

I don't know if the nightmare of customer service will ever end with this company. We had this company contracted for our city water run. They ran the pipe about 2-3" under the ground which is not to code. They had to be called out here multiple times to fix out sprinklers they cut through and fixed incorrectly. Now we have notices from the county they never filed the permit correctly and it is now invalid I have to file it again. This job was paid in full I really hate writing reviews like this they still are ignoring my calls and voicemails to get this rectified. read more

These folks put a well in for us about 18 months ago. We are seasonal and our gardener called us during the summer and noted the sprinklers were not working. I contacted the office and after several calls still didn't get any service. After returning home to a destroyed lawn and many dead and dying shrubs I again tried to get service. I called no less than 25 times leaving multiple messages to no avail. At one point the woman answering the phone told me "Josh" would be her in a half hour.....never showed up. Finally after 10 or so more calls "Josh" finally came out, he said he would rectify the problems. Here we are 3 weeks later and have never heard a word, no one answers the phone and his cell phone says it can't take messages. We spent close to $5,000 with these folks and have to have our well redone by someone who knows what they are doing. If you use this outfit your not going to be happy. read more

After calling a few other companies and going to Home Depot, I was unable to find someone that could hook up my filtration system with the current sink/faucet set up in my home. I then searched and submitted a request to through Thumbtack. The same day Jarrad from Crystal Clear Water replied, his office set up my appointment and sent me updates about my appointment up until their arrival. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. What no one else could figure out, he did in less than five minutes!! I am so thrilled and pleased with their work. Now my family and I can enjoy clean water thanks to Jarrad and his professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend using them and will be be referring them to family and friends. read more

Omg how awful can these guys be?! IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAT ONE STAR I WOULD!! The first time they came out to our home they were wonderful absolutely great, ready and willing and able to answer any questions and provide any service and answer any questions, but like a bad relationship, as we continued, the relationship got worst! once we decided to continue service with them they decided it was time to give up showing their" good face." They immediately became rude. When we had a problem, they didnt want to help, at all, they never wanted to own up to their mistakes! We told them when we signed up all we wanted was just the salt and filter change. We didnt wabt chlorine because we added our own to the water. They happily complied and they said it was ok but that lasted for one month! After that they decided to add chlorine and charge us for it! we called for 7 stright months and asked them not to do so, they agreed every time but still added it and charged us. To me in a business there has to be some type of responsibility, but there was none !! Crystal clear continued to charging our card! I dont know if they needed money and decided to get it i a underhanded way, but to me when we come to an agreement i expect it to be upheld on both ends. We often...well we had to call all the time also to have them take out the money out of our account, if not they would bill us 3 months later for 3 months of work!! The guys seemed sloppy and didn't care about anything. And we are pretty easy going people we don't ask for an extra arm and a leg, but the way they treated us was un acceptable. We had an emergency in the middle of the night and we called, only to get a very short response to "call back during business hours" if its not business hours, why did you pick up and why were you so rude about it. After 7 months of having to call every month and after 7 months of constantly telling them not to put chlorine in our water after 7 months in a very bad relationship we had to let go we gave them so so many chances but the guys there did not seem to want to listen or work with us. I would advise to go with ANY other company for monthly service, i would advise you tubing it, googling it, going thrlugh ANY OTHER MEANS NECESSARY TO FIND YOUR SOLUTION BEFORE CALLING THESE PPL!! There are many many other services, I would choose another of them first. I would ONLY use this company as a very VERY last resort!! As in yoy called alm the ither companies in america and crystal clear was the only one left And if so i would use them ONLY TO fix the ONE problem, let them fix it and GET RID OF THEM. I would hate to have ANY OTHER PERSON be treated so terribly. I worked in customer service for many many years and have seen many people come and go i kmow the value of treating people nice, and fairly. I ALL MY MANY YEARS ON THIS EARTH i have NEVER experienced a company that behaved so badly in business. So fair warning please please PLEASE do not use this company. Find another. read more
