The downspout should be repositioned to the end of the porch to allow for proper drainage and unobstructed pedestrian access. I asked them to go out and correct the issue and instead they wanted to charge me more money as almost as much as the whole system cost. The estimator finally called and wanted to come out again because he couldn't remember which house we were. After jogging his memory, he said that the estimate would be forthcoming. Another two weeks passed with nothing. I then called the office and was told they were still pending on bids for materials from subcontractors. Another two weeks passed. Today I just got from a different person at Voss saying that they were still waiting on those bids for materials. If just the estimate takes this long, with such poor communication, I can't imagine how they would be once the actual job started.

Dave did some of the work at their shop then finished up at my house. Cabinets look great and they did a very good job in closely matching the existing cabinet wood. Recommended.
