Charged for coming back, and then broke a Faucet they should not even have been touching. After that they charged to repair what they broke. Refused to pay them for something they broke. We called Yaeger's Plumbing to make an appointment to put in an angle valve to be able to put a new faucet in the primary bathroom sink. The woman who answered was very nice since I really didn't know what I was asking for and she knew exactly what I was talking about and had me send a photo of the existing shut off valves under the sink. We set a date for about 10 days from today but she put us on a list in case they could come sooner. They called back later that day and were able to come out that afternoon! Gary Yaeger was extremely experienced and Bryson, though younger, knew his stuff, too! They got to work and fixed everything. We punched a hole in a pipeline in our shower. We called Yeager's Plumbing. At first they didn't think they could get to us for a couple of days but said if there was cancellation they would call me. Less than an hour later they called us and came in 30 minutes. Very nice men came and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Cleaned up the mess and were very pleased with the results. Our water heater decided to leak, (it was the original of the house we bought 3 years ago, so was 20 yrs old !!) Went to the office and discussed options, made a decision on Friday, Nov. 10th in the morning and were scheduled for the following Monday. Received a phone call the same Friday stating there was someone available to come out that same day. I breathed a sigh of relief for no more hauling out a 3/4 full 5 gallon bucket of leaking water per day. Greg came, replaced the old wh, brought the plumbing up to code, checked the water pressure, replaced the old regulator and was soooooo patient for all of our questions. Tried to schedule a appointment to get an estimate to plumb our new master bath. The receptionist said he(owner) could give me an estimate by looking at the floor plan and measurements and would call back in a day or so. Sent the floor plan etc. Didn't receive a call back for a month and then was asked if I still wanted the owner to come out and do an estimate. This review does not critique quality of work performed... I never got that far with them. After attempting to get work done and being put off for almost an entire month - only to finally be told to find someone else to do the work, I was then sent a large bill for a tech who came and looked but never touched it. The office staff folks were always very nice to talk to, but when I called to express my frustration with being billed for nothing (after told to go elsewhere) I was told I would get a call back from someone higher up a couple times and that never happened. I am paying their bill but I will never return to this company for service work nor can I recommend them based on this experience. I went to another plumber and they got in within a couple days and had the job fixed in one hour. I honestly feel that I was burned by Jaeger's plumbing and wanted to share this experience with others. I only wanted some respect and was shown none by the management. read more

I'm a bit behind on writing this review of Yaeger's Plumbing in Roseburg, Oregon. I initiated a disaster last weekend when trying to change out a rusted washing machine cold water line. The line broke and high pressure water was flooding me, the laundry room, kitchen, and master bedroom. I didn't have the tool to shut off the main, but being an engineer, I managed to work a temp solution that slowed the flood. It was Saturday so I'm frantically calling around for a plumber to at least shut off the main. I got a hold of Lyle and he was there in 15 minutes. He shut off the water and repaired the damage in less than half an hour. My new hero. And even at weekend rates, was incredibly affordable! Everything works perfectly. Very happy. read more

Wow! We have six words..."Brent and John are Rock Stars! We were so impressed with these two tech's today. They arrived right on time, even a bit early, calling to let us know. They worked super fast as they went over and above the requested job's. After repairing the leak's they replaced the old, old tub spout, drain's, drain stopper, and baskets making them all brand new....we did'nt even have to ask...very cool. Both tech's were very nice, super professional. They also had all they needed, headlamps even paper towels to clean up. What is wrong with me? I thought I'd reviewed Yaeger's Plumbing but apparently haven't! WOW! Yaeger's plumbing is G-R-E-A-T!!! We first had them in our home when our upstairs bathroom had a, um, "clogging" issue after a visit from the grandkids. Yaeger's sent their team out -- when no other plumbers in the area would even answer their phones -- and the problem was fixed in a matter of minutes at a VERY reasonable price! At that time, one of the guys mentioned and pointed out a crack in the toilet tank, noting that in an upstairs bathroom it could be a disaster waiting to happen. That was good enough for me. Yaeger's came back out three weeks later and did MORE excellent work at another GREAT price replacing our toilet with one that works BEAUTIFULLY by American Standard. They r the worst place!we had a tiny hole in our outside water pipe which is pvc pipe. it to was leaking.The guy comes out and has a young kid with him they do the job got paid 200. Bucks and left the next day I went out to look at the pipe it was still leaking he had cut the pipe and added his own and where he connected it it was leaking. We called they said they would b out the next day between 12 and 2 never showed up or called. We called and they said it wasn't there fault it was leaking . whatever. Come to find out the younger guy is the one who did the job. And the people u talk to on the phone r rude. I can't believe them. So don't go to them for any thing cuz they will take ur money and the job won't b done then u have to hire someone else to fix there job. read more

I first was introduced to Yaegers when a home I was selling had to have the hot water heater replaced. Pierce Restoration used them. Yaegers came out and put the hot water heater in the room. They were helpful and informative. They had to come out two weeks later and moved it into the closet. When I moved into a new place I had to replace that hot water heater too. Needed a hot water heater looked at/replaced. Given quote over phone of $$ range it could be in. Could not locate if current one had warrant time left so was told they would check into it. All the paper work was attached to the water heater. They came and replaced and installed new one with fixtures needed to be done with it like earth quake strap and drain hose. Price always at top of quote. Asked about senior discount and got $50 off of $1350 bill. When I got receipt in mail for service it was not itemized as to labor, parts and heater costs. I called and wrote letter to ask why and they just said quote was all inclusive and they didn't do itemized bill. Asked about the warranty on old heater and they were to check on it (again)! It has now been 2 months and no further replies. Will Never Use Them Again!!beware. read more

Terrible company to do business with. Unprofessional and certainly does not care about customer satisfaction. On a new build small residential. They started over 2 months ago and supposedly only have about an hour of work left to do. That was two weeks ago. In that two weeks the manager Tracie has not been able to answer the basic question of what else needs to be done. Three weeks ago, the plumber John was so crass to me that I ask that he be removed from the job. The owner Lyle came out to discuss this which I appreciated. He said that he does care about customer satisfaction and he wanted John to finish the job to learn a lesson and to treat the property owner with respect. John came out to finish, 2 wks ago, and my well ran dry when he was filling the lines. John had his assistant call me to say they were leaving could not wait for well to recover. Have not seen them since and can not even get an estimate of what still needs to be done or when it can be done. Also have left complaints on DC rants and raves, their facebook page, yelp, and bing and contacting BBB to file a complaint on the company. read more

Lyle has been out here twice. Once to install a dishwasher and once to replace a leaking water heater.
