I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone. They had a PA who delivered news about a surgery and she didn't even get the severity of the issue correct. I should have known this group was just out for money and awful when a female ortho surgeon was huge on selling the epidural injections. I had another doctor tell me how unprofessional it was to give me an injection for an issue when I didn't even have sciatica. Avoid this profiteering physician owned group. No good. read more

I love Crystal Clinic!! Over the last twenty years, I have had numerous surgeries mostly due to genetics. All of my surgeons have listened to me and agreed with conservative treatments if surgery wasn't the only option. I've never had an issue with staff either as they have always been polite, helpful, and engaging. read more

I went to Crystal Clinic to find out what treatment was needed to repair an old injury I had been dealing with for 10 years. I'm not sure if this is Ohio law or not since I'm not from here, BUT I know what I feel in my knee, and it was nothing but painful and I was not able to do some of the things I loved anymore due to that pain. Since I know my body more than the doctors do, I wanted a knee replacement. Well, I was told I needed a scope and not a knee replacement. I had the replacement scheduled after the Dr. said I would need one and they called and cancelled it telling me they would do the scope. Well, I decided I was seeking a 2nd opinion, and they did NOT like that at all. How dare I question the Dr. who wanted me to review him after each visit. The first time I had a visit and the 2nd time after the testing was a follow up for the results. The one thing I could not stand each and every time I went there was you always had to fill out a paper! For what? What a pain and I heard others complaining about it also. The staff is nice don't get me wrong but the Doctor I had did not see eye to eye with me and I did not want him working on me! So off I went for the 2nd opinion and so glad I did! I've heard lots of people saying they would not go anywhere else, but I form my own opinions for myself. Also, I would have had to travel up to Fairlawn for the scoping! I'm pretty much alone here in life and that would have made it really difficult! BEWARE!!!!!!! I ended up going to University Hospital and so happy I did!!! Pat read more
