We can't say enough good things about Crystal and Tizia! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. On our wedding day, they helped set up the decor perfectly, completely flipped the room during cocktail hour, had everything ready for dinner seamlessly, and then handled tear-down at the end of the night without a hitch. Crystal was organized, professional, and genuinely fun to work with during the planning process. She really listened to our vision and brought it to life better than we could have imagined. Everything ran so smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of knowing she had it all handled. We highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking for a wedding decorator - she is talented, reliable, and just awesome to work with. I cant say enough good things about the quality of the arrangement, the excellent staff who set up and set down. Even the funeral director took down their names because they were so impressed. They showed up 1 1/2 hours late for my daughters bridal shower and when we called they told us they forgot but will send them out right away. We paid for assembly and set up but when the driver arrived he had no idea on how to set the balloons up. He told us he was just hired to deliver the balloons. Not to mention the balloons looked nothing like what we had asked for (we even provided pictures). We asked for a half balloon arch with various sizes of balloons. They charged us over $400 and it was not worth $40. I called the company the next day and they couldn't even return my phone calls! Waste of money and time! Save yourself the hassle and go with another company. Don't trust this company to
