He said one of our lights was a fire hazard, which frankly scared us, then said his guys could fix it (for a price!). Then he said the spray-on foam insulation in the basement would be practically free because we would get $850 in rebates from our gas and electric company. We did the smart thing and got another quote. THAT guy said most of those things didn't need to be done, our light was NOT a fire hazard and was completely up to code, and that the rebates from the utility companies would be $175. His quote was about a thousand less than VerWys's. When we called the VerWys guy again to see what he'd say, he backpedalled so hard he was going lightyears in reverse! Knocked off 2 grand from the initial quote, but we'd heard enough. Not gonna do business with a guy who tries to take us for a ride by pulling numbers out of his @$$.

Just because she did something stupid in the past when she was younger does not mean she's like that now. The management are the most judgmental people I've ever encountered. I lived here with my boyfriend and management is terrible. He reached out multiple times on various things and nothing ever seems to get done. They skirt around issues and refuse to take responsibility for something they clearly did. So much denial on their part. The residents are great but I'm pretty sure that's because they get vetted like they were meeting the president or something. Management NEVER answers their phones and the maintenance guys are so creepy. I hate the idea that they have access to my apartment. I actually get scared when my boyfriend leaves town. One time they came and didn't tell me before hand. It was such a shock and I was home alone. I will never rent here again. It was such a mistake. Please don't rent with them or you'll regret it.

We had great communication with Mason and Holly before and during our stay. Our bnb was cozy and comfortable and a perfect place to stay for 7 weeks while we waited for our apartment to be ready. They were very quick to respond when the bathroom sink was clogged and fixed it rapidly. We highly recommend Living Water Corporate Housing and would definitely stay with them again!
