The first experience was ok, though kinda costly because we ordered so many prints (first year family pictures, etc.). The second time around however, wow, their prices increased noticeably. So much so that I could only afford one picture and he didn't even include the digital image of the print that I bought. He stated that he didn't want customers to make their own prints, that he wanted his percentage of all prints. I didn't recall that from the first time, but that might have been the case even then. I think he would have included a low-res copy of the digital image that we purchased, but we weren't interested in that. Anyway, they're alright people. If you're looking for a high quality print photographer and can afford their pricing, then I'd recommend them. If you're just looking for family pictures like we were and don't want to break the bank, I'd (unfortunately) have to recommend that you look elsewhere. They're not family photographers in my opinion, but rather a high-end operation. Good luck whichever you choose!

She has an unfazed sort of vibe about her. She's also really funny which, as we all know, helps during any potentially awkward moment. She told me all the little details about how to pose so that my face and hands and everything didn't look stupid (you know how sometimes you see photos and the people are fumbling with what to do with their hands or feet or what direction to look? I need more direction than that and she is really good at that)! Aubrey figured out what angles and lighting looked best and she was so encouraging the whole time. I had a mix of photos of me looking at the camera, looking away, smiling, not smiling, etc., some looked candid, others didn't. Perfect mix. Also she would tell me how amazing the photos were looking while she was shooting and even showed me some on the little camera screen. I have never felt like such a rock star. Then, after editing, she sent me a giant load of absolutely incredible photos. I don't know if she just did everything right as far as angles and lighting, or if she did a lot of editing work in the "lab" but either way she made me look really good in my photos, better than I could have imagined going into it. Sheri Robertson is an amazing photographer! My husband and I chose her to capture photos of our…read morebaby girl when she was just 11 days old. I requested an onsite shoot, since I was still leery of leaving the house with a newborn. She agreed, scheduled an appointment, and arrived right on time with a car full of charming props, backdrops, and professional lighting. Our daughter was fussy and uncooperative for the first hour, but Sheri was very patient and comforting. We took a break to feed our baby, and once she was content, we tried again. This time Sheri was able to mold her into the cutest poses and easily change out the props and backgrounds to get a nice variety of shots. Sheri was punctual, professional, and sent us the edited photos in a very timely manner. We are so pleased with the end results! You cannot tell they were done on location, instead of a studio.
