Upon arriving at the spa, I was warmly greeted right away, she took my jacket and showed me to the treatment room. Throughout the treatment, Teresa was very informative and made sure I was always relaxed and comfortable. She was also very meticulous with the extractions, which I like. After the treatment, I was sent out with some of the cutest most delicious mint chocolates. What a treat! I will definitely be back. Because I had a maternity massage, there were extra pillows provided, but those too felt greesy. At the end of the treatment, i noticed the RM put those pillows back into the basket, so i'm not sure if he actually laundered them after. Another stylist came up looked through my hair sectioned off specific part and told my initial stylist "W** is that" she went oops and grabbed more toner and made me sit longer so I didn't really gave it too much thought.
