Also, I can get a bikini done at other fancy spa's for $25, so what incentive do I have for coming back? Within a week I had 5 broken and lifting nails. They clearly made them thin so they had to use less product to save on costs which is a red flag (I didn't ask for this). Called to speak to the manager, was only able to speak to front desk as the manager never spoke to me directly even though reception said she would. Basically told me that because one week had passed (my nails had been done 1 week and 3 days ago, and 2 of those days I couldn't call because they were closed Sunday and holiday Monday) they only honor fixing nails for one week and after that CANT do anything because they "recommend" you get your nails redone every 2 weeks anyways. My nails don't even have growth yet.. why would I need a new set after a week and 3 days? The only resolution to their poor nail application/service was for me to come in and get a fully new set of nails and they would charge me the price of a fill. But they would not repair my nails or offer anything else. If you want your nails done properly, salons who stand by their work, and actual customer service, go elsewhere. Very poor business practice, customer retention and customer service in a time where nail salons are so saturated.
