I cannot say enough good words to describe Jennifer as a person and how much I appreciate her and her customer service. Customer Service is hard to find these days, and when I speak of customer service I mean the type of service that makes you say, "I am going back to that person every time", or the term, "They have earned my business" Someone once told me, "You vote with your wallet" and voting I will do. I will continue to ask Jennifer to process my loans and is the first and only person I recommend to others. I met Jennifer when I was shopping for my second home. I needed to sell my condo and purchase a larger home for my family. We, in the meantime were living with my other half's parents and I desperately wanted to get out. I had been working with other real-estate agents, and mortgage brokers who ultimately I informed them their services were no longer needed, or should I say lack of services. For the amount of money spent on real-estate transactions and the volume of sales occurring around the US there are others who would be happy to earn the business. I met a new realtor who introduced me to Jennifer. Right off the beginning, I explained to Jennifer my situation, and she began to work her magic. I was not having the best luck with mortgage brokers. I did not have the best credit, and had some debt. Jennifer gave me comfort and reassurance that she would explore all possible products she could. It didn't end there. Jennifer was always in constant email conversations and telephone conversations with me along the way. There were a couple of hiccups on my end due to my debt but Jennifer educated me throughout the entire loan process, and helped me clean up my debt allowing me to qualify for the product I needed to get our home. Just when I thought it wouldn't happen, Jennifer came in and saved the day. Since then I have refinanced my home with Jennifer, with an even better rate then my purchase rate and she was able to drop my payment down significantly. Again, Jennifer was in constant contact with me and explained the process through the entire way. Now I am in the process of selling and purchasing a new home. One may think trying to get the loan approved is the most stressful part, but selling my home has been more of the hassle than securing a loan. I am already approved and I don't close for several more days. I attribute this to Jennifer already knowing who I am, having a lot of my info already on file, and her dedication to the customer and the service she provides to each and every one of them. Jennifer also got me in-touch with a new real estate agent who has been helping me through the process of selling and buying this go-around. She is wonderful. I know people say shop around, shop around. I have even thrown a couple of rates and fees from other places to Jennifer seeing if I was getting the best product for the best price. What I have come to find is, I am getting the best person, who has a great product for the price I am willing to pay and to top it all the customer service is untouchable. Jennifer is charismatic, kind, trustworthy knowledgeable and attentive to the customers' needs and goals. She treats you with respect and takes a moment out of her time to ask how everyone in the family is doing. This type of service is not always easy to find and since the day I found it, will continue to use and support it till she retires. Jennifer, I Thank You for all you do for our family. During the final walkaround/payment visit, we advised we had picked up hundreds of nails around our property and dozens in the street, and we were told the neighbors "can send me the bill." We were also told someone would return with a magnet for another sweep, but that did not happen. We also pointed out damage to our newer fence and were told it would be repaired, but no one returned. In 2025, we experienced a leak that caused interior water damage requiring professional water mitigation. We attempted to resolve the matter directly, but reimbursement was refused. We ultimately filed a small claims case in Hood County, Texas. On December 9, 2025, the Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 ruled in our favor for remediation costs and court costs. A+ Roofing's website highlights "Honesty" and "Integrity," including: "You can expect honesty in all that we do," and "We stand by our word..." Based on our experience, we did not receive the level of follow-through those statements imply. As payment was not received within the voluntary period, an Abstract of Judgment was filed in Hood County on January 13, 2026 (Document No. 2026-0000520). Every time (and I do mean every time) I called on the telephone asking to speak with Mangie I was told that she was unavailable for a myriad of reasons. That said, Mangie did keep good contact with me via email. However, there were a couple of times when that type of customer service communication did not help me at all because the clock was ticking. 2. I was told by Mangie while I was interviewing her in consideration for utilizing her services if her business would be able to help me with a judgment that was on my credit report. Her response was yes, absolutely! Do to the fact that the judgment was a small dollar amount there was zero room for her business to make a commission on successfully removing said judgment and in the end "My Credit Group" was unsuccessful in there eff forts to strike a deal with those who held my judgment papers. Overall, My Credit Group did not do anything for me that I found to be extraordinary. MCG did in fact clean up some of the smaller procedure type of data input errors on my credit reports, but fell short of providing me a service that I was under the impression would be provided to me. In the end, I am left to wonder how the other 3 reviews on this page got the 5 star treatment and I did not? I'm thinking 3 company/friendly shills at this juncture.

First, he arranged to have a temporary gutter hung over our back door within hours of learning that we had water leaking into our kitchen - caused by a heavy downpour from an unexpected storm that passed through North Texas, the night after his gutter team removed our gutters & downspouts (in preparation for the roof replacement the following Monday). Unbeknownst to us, there was a small space between our backdoor and the frame. Second, he had a section of the new roofing tiles taken down and replaced, after I noticed that the pattern of the roof was not random, giving it a curved ladder appearance. Frankly, it was refreshing to be HEARD. My husband and I highly recommend Billy Harris Roofing. Their entire team was first-rate, and they cleaned up the roofing nails and debris better than others.
