I was recommended this company by a close friend of mine whose referrals I would trust. It had been…read morequite the negative experience. Two women arrived and they were very friendly and it is my nature to make people feel comfortable. I noticed major things that couldn't be missed when cleaning - large sticky areas in the kitchen (noticed shortly after the women left), smaller sticky areas in the bathrooms, and powdery bathtubs that weren't cleaned thoroughly/rinsed well - this was before the women left. This was for a post-construction cleaning service. I then did a through walk through the next day (the space isn't occupied and no one has entered or left the space other than the women) and noticed construction debris along bathroom baseboards as well behind the sink. This was beyond disappointing. I communicated to the sales person the issues and then emailed management. The management gaslit me TWICE. FIRST after my initial email. And then after my response. I just sent them the most recent email requesting a refund and the issue of gaslighting clients. The women were friendly however clearly incompetent for the type of service requested. They would have done well for general house cleaning. Not post construction. And this company continuing to gaslight me is bizarre and unprofessional. I paid HUNDREDS for this incompetency and gaslighting. And then had to clean MYSELF after paying 100s. The most bizarre accusation and gaslighting by management is that they accused me of having the sinks removed and reinstalled and that is where the dirt came from. EXCUSE ME? why on earth would I hire a post construction cleaning service before ppl move in...and then REMOVE SINKS after cleaning and REINSTALL SINKS?! LUDACRIS. The issue is ongoing re; rectification via email correspondence and I hope to have a resolve that is appropriate to the mental abuse of gaslighting, the fact that I CLEANED myself after I paid 100s of dollars, and that as a busy person. Ridiculous. The person who referred me will stop recommending this company to clients. And another realtor who utilizes their service periodically will no longer utilize their services. EVERYONE is beyond shocked as I shared screenshot of texts I had sent to the sales person being kind and friendly about the issues, and also screenshots of the emails gaslighting me. I better not receive the generic response they've provided for all 1 star ratings complaining of the same pattern of behavior " We are very sorry to hear about your experience. She was persistent and attentive, she came to assess the condo so she can provide me with an estimate. She was accommodating with my schedule too which was fantastic for an 8-5 person like myself. Her team did a great job. I have hardwood floors and it was spotless and no any marks whatsoever. They scrubbed the toilet and washroom hard which was sooo good. Moreover, they cleaned the drawers too, no crummies - success! After the cleaning, her team stayed and waited for me to review the work. They took $30 off my total charge, but still paying $105 for the inconvenience of having to clean myself, especially given that our home doesn't have enough space or belongings (it's an Air BnB) to justify the cost is brutal. Other things were missed like cleaning the exterior of the kitchen cabinets, inside of drawers, dusting of certain areas. Very disappointing. When I followed up on the service, I never even received an apology.

They send three people and stayed about 1 H 40 M. The good: I was interested in giving green cleaning products a try and Aspen Clean uses all green products. It makes a HUGE difference because it doesn't mean make your home smell toxic. In fact there's no cleaning product smell at all. They did a decent job with the clean, only a few small dust particles were found. Most places were clean and sparkling. The not so good: price was obviously one as its not affordable for ongoing biweekly cleans. Cleaning products while non toxic did not clean soap scum on edges of bath tub and one of the toilet bowls was still yellow. Not sure if they simply forgot to clean it or if the product is just weak. I ended up pouring store bought bowl cleaner in and cleaning it myself and it ended up white and sparkling. Lastly the team was over an hour late after giving me an hour window to come so I ended up waiting over two hours for them. Verdict: worth a try if you're interested in trying green cleaning services. Not having that toxic smell really makes a difference.
