Which lead me to a subsidiary called foremost. I needed to pay for full year of insurance instead of the more common seasonal insurance that riders will buy. I wanted maximum coverage in all aspects which was discussed with Estevez over the phone. Instead I was given minimal medical insurance unbeknownst to me until I was in a near fatal accident. Not only did my insurance fail to be the coverage I explicitly asked for, but it was not canceled upon the totaling of my vehicle as requested. Under the explanation "if we keep it for next year it won't raise in price". First we had no desire to continue the insurance for a motorcycle I no longer had regardless of cost, yet I still received a bill for almost double of last years cost. Estevez makes this company look terrible with his unprofessionalism and has lost my trust.
