I called to ask about getting an asbestos assessment just to be safe, and the owner spent nearly 20 minutes talking me through the conditions in which an inspection would make sense to do. None of these pertain in my home, and so he knew he was talking me OUT of getting the assessment. I appreciated his honesty, and I learned so much on the call that I took two full pages of notes! Tanner was generous with his time and knowledge, and he is clearly passionate about air quality and his clients' wellbeing.
