We checked in after a month of waiting, feeling like that would be ample time to fix it or at minimum know what needed to be done. They said they hadn't looked at it get and they'd get to it that week. Fast forward, they had our mower for over 2 months with 0 communication except for our phone calls wondering wtf was going on. Eventually I just went in and they said their mechanic that could work on electric mowers quit 2 months earlier and that it probably wasn't worth fixing. Why on earth they didn't tell me that in May, I have no idea, but all I have is a broken mower and a handful of neighbors complaining that I didn't mow my lawn to show for it. They're getting bought out and they said they've left several messages with the new owner to contact us. We never received a single phone call from them or the new owner for the entire time they had our mower.
