I was pleasantly greeted, and my information was gathered. I've been dealing with a bathtub that was super slow to drain. I was told that a technician could be at my house in an hour. Josh, the Roto-Rooter tech, was at my house in less than an hour. He was amiable, listened to what I had the day, and took care of the problem. Did I love having to pay to have a drain snaked out? No. What Josh awesome and do a great job? Yes. Toto-Rooter left me the experience that I was expecting from their inferior competitor. They were great, and I would definitely use again.
