They don't show up with deliveries, then their customer service lies about when you will get it. If you order from this business, I would make sure you order extra and call weeks ahead of time plus have a back up plan. Completely unreliable. read more

2 month I have been waiting for them to come and pick up 9 of the 12 bottles that they left on my porch. I ordered3. I've had multiple days they would come pick up.....they are still there and the drive drove by today and did not stop....im done. This needs to be RESOLVED TODAY!!!! read more

This company is terrible and they are so because they know people need water and they are the only delivery service around me. Our lazy driver won't deliver our water to our gate or our house. So on Dec 18 ten water bottles were stolen from the very top of my long driveway - by the road. I called to see what could be done about this. Super nice on the phone says I'm reaching out to the branch manager and your driver to have an immediate delivery and they will call you. Your driver and you can make plans for a new drop off spot. 1 week later and no call. So I call again- get someone in India and they are once again super nice. They say they will give me a credit on my account, and they say they can deliver on the 31st. On the 31st we receive zero water bottles. At this point I have to drive 35 min away to get my 5 gallons filled so we can have drinking water. I call on Jan 2 to ask why they still haven't called, why they didn't deliver... again super nice guy from India- says I will reschedule and put urgent on the delivery status. Then he proclaims oh it looks like we have you down for tomorrow Jan 3. Today, Jan 3 NO WATER DELIVERY. my husband calls and at this point is mad. Guy says oh they didn't deliver because they don't have other routes in your area- huge lie as my friend who lives a mile away had a delivery a week after our normal delivery. He then says I see they have rescheduled you for Jan 15.... A MONTH after we had 10 stolen bottles?!?! A month. We pay for a service because drinking water should be convenient. And unfortunately our well water is not drinkable at this time. The driver did not return my initial call or text. The branch manager has never called. When asked if we could speak to a supervisor we were told that we can't. We continually get lied to. BS. I too would give this company zero stars if I could. read more

I'd give a zero if it was there. Been dealing for years with problem after problem starting breaking of contracts to breaking of bottles. I've had to shampoo my breezeway carpet from leaky bottles and even after reporting they were setting them down to hard it continued. Constantly having to call to correct the billing info cause we were always getting over charged. Them promising to reach out to us and never received a call for over a year. Dropping off the wrong amount of bottles every time. And now to start charging a delivery charge of almost $13.99 on every delivery and raising rates. The #WORSE customer service ever. Can't rate them a -5 star so I have to reluctantly give a 1 star. Delivery was canceled several times on numerous occasions. Can't get anyone on the phone, have waited from 40 minutes to 1 hour and 50 minutes while repeatedly listening to this annoying promotion voice message about their outstanding service, give me a break. Want to cancel service but can't get anyone on the phone. I noticed their continued apologies but they don't get the message apologies DO NOT GET THE JOB DONE reliable service does. read more

I thought these guys were okay. They were more reliable than Culligan. But this week was the second time they just drove up in front of my house, stopped briefly, and then drove away! My bottles were on the porch, and from where he was parked, there was no way he could tell they were or weren't. But he stops for ~5.8 (I've gone over the Ring footage like the Zapruder film) seconds, then drives off just as I am swinging the front door open to flag him down. 2 minutes later, at 7:28 AM Wednesday. I receive an email from Crystal Springs saying the truck is on the way. It's Saturday morning and now I am out of water. I honestly don't know how this company can possibly fix the issue. The driver is too stupid to be trusted to handle my water. If I complain and they fix the issue, now I have an angry driver handling my drinking water. No way that's happening! The only way to get them to see the water bottles is to make sure my teenagers (lol) move the bottles in front of their walkway out of the house, quit work, or take every Wednesday off. Though the driver is very nice and so is customer service, they lie. Account was cancelled and I was told three different times their equipment would be picked up. And then when I call and ask why, they say it will be the following week. I cannot have their stuff outside my rental that long. Unfortunately, my tenant will have to bare the reprocussions of having to pay rent an extra month because they left stuff and would not let me toss. I wish I could have chosen a MINUS star because that's what this business really deserves! I was sweet-talked into signing up for their service back in the spring while I was at Costco and everything was fine - UNTIL I got my first bill! They had overcharged me for everything. We finally got that straightened out, at least for the most part and then I decided to change the dispenser to the one that makes coffee as well. Unfortunately, in August, my business took a nosedive so I called and requested that they pick up the dispenser, the empty bottles, and cancel the service. Here it is, October, and not only have they NOT contacted me to pick up those items but they charged me the dispenser rent for September and October!! After SIX (6) phone calls in the last three days, wherein I was promised the items would be picked up on Tuesday, October 10 (no one showed nor called nor texted nor emailed). I called that evening and was promised that they had rescheduled everything for Wedneday, October 11 and guess what - yup, no communication from them whatsoever, nor has anyone shown to pick the stuff up. I just got off the phone with them AGAIN and AGAIN, was promised "prompt attention to the matter". Hon, if this is "prompt attention" what the H*LL do you call "slow attention?!? I have been sitting on hold now for 35 minutes waiting to speak with a representative. I confirmed on-line that they would be delivering 1 bottle of water today! I guess they are afraid of going out of business as they delivered 3, yes 3 bottles of water to me. I live alone and already have 2 bottles, what am o supposed to do with 5 bottles of water other than tell them not to deliver again until November. I placed my 1st order over 3 weeks again. Each week I get an email saying they will be delivering my water. I have yet actually have them show up. Each time I call customer service they give me a runaround saying they will have management call me and nobody ever does. I cannot believe Costco is teamed up with this company. read more

This is a disaster on every level delivery/billing/customer service. We were turned over to collection without receiving a single invoice. We were told by collections to take the dispenser back to Centralia, which is a 120 mile round trip from Ocean Shores. We were given a number to call in Centralia, which we did call 3 times and no one ever answered and were not given an option to leave a message. So, we are going to make this journey to Centralia with only the hope someone will be there? No way. Thank goodness for Costco and intervening for us, otherwise we would be at the mercy of this pathetic company. OMG I am 68 and in all my years have never experienced such terrible service beginning to end! Shame on Costco for partnering with this horrible sevice and getting us hooked up with this despicable organization. Update: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been told that your company will come pick up the equipment and 4 bottles outside on 05/31/22. I called to confirm 8:45am on 05/31, the agent said yes it is scheduled. I called again at 4pm 05/31, the agent said now they have to reschedule and for us to continue to leave it outside. Called the company on 06/01/22 at 11am to confirm. Was told confirmed again for pick up. Called again on 06/01 at 4pm because we are going out of town. The agent said it got rescheduled again. I do not want to be responsible for anything left outside my house especially when we are not home. That is the reason why we kept calling to get this over with. The last agent we spoke to on 06/01 said he will leave a note on my account that we will be out of town and will not be responsible if the equipment or bottles are stolen. I said ok, that is fine. I did my part. Today 06/06/22, I got a call from my HOA telling us we have items outside our house almost a week. I already thought it was picked up. Now I called the company and was told the pick up was rescheduled till 06/13/22. Imagined if I was using the service? I will be out of water for two weeks and still pay the monthly fee. MOREOVER, I will be responsible for the items and not get my deposit back if the company did not receive equipment or bottles back. I asked the agent to see if there is a note on my account stating I was out of town and if the equipment or bottles got stolen, it will be on the company. He said he saw the notes, but due to their policies, if they did not receive the equipment and bottles, I will still be responsible. I am out of state for family emergency for few weeks. I am stunned at the customer service and the bad communication. I also spoke to the supervisor today. She told me my house was out of the area. So why would they not tell me this to begin with when I signed up? It is up to the branch manager to decide to schedule or reschedule. Does customer ever comes first? I am disappointed that I signed up for service with this company at their booth at Costco. Please save yourself the headache. This company has no regard for their customers. The reps and the supervisors outright lie to you. I've been calling and literally begging for my water delivery and they make up some excuse and then say they're coming out Thursday...then they don't so I call Friday morning...get told they'll be out that day. I wait all day. No water. I call again and am told they'll do everything possible to get me my water over the weekend but at the latest, Monday. Today is Monday. No water and now they say maybe on Thursday. They've shorted my delivery the last two times and then just skipped the next one entirely. They all tell you something different but one common thread was that they're prioritizing business customers who recently unpaused their service. That's not a business I want to work with. They just blow you off for a bigger client! I buy 10 five gallon jugs of water every two weeks but I guess this company isn't too concerned about losing my business so I'll go elsewhere. I'm especially upset about this as I have a child with a rare autoimmune liver disease and I want him to have the purest water available - not chlorinated tap water - so now I'm having to go out to buy water constantly. I have been billed for a lot of water that I have not received and will be reporting this company to the BBB and filing a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Please don't sign up with this company - it's just one more hassle you don't need! read more

One star is really too high a rating for Crystal Springs water. We've been a customer since they started home delivery and really have enjoyed the water and the delivery service. However, their accounting department and customer service leaves much to be desired. Consistently, in the past two years, one or two times per year, in spite of our diligence with monthly payments, CS seems to come up with a " missed payment" and accompanying late fee. Even though we can prove with cancelled, on time checks, we are threatened with being sent to collections, so we pay it. ( my husband loves the convenience). Each time, we have attached letters with documentation with no response. We will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection, and are canceling our delivery as of today. The ladies I spoke with through customer service were nice enough & in some ways I feel bad for them as I'm sure they get yelled at quite a bit. I was put on hold multiple times for over an hour & finally had to give up because I don't have time for that. I finally got through to someone today, but because of the awful wait times & no one available to help me with my broken cooler issue, I cancelled my service. Crystal Springs, you need to hire more people to decrease wait times over the phone. Rediculous. And yes, I emailed a couple of times & still haven't gotten any response. read more

Worst customer service I've ever had. Occasionally wouldn't get my delivery because the delivery driver was on vacation or some other reason, and no one notified me. I had to go out and buy water from the grocery store that would last a couple week until the next delivery. There was never remorse for these incidents nor any compensation. This business is a nightmare to try to deal with-long wait times with customer service, requested reduced number of delivery that was never honored despite promises, rapidly increased bills and from zero fee for paper invoice to four dollars a month in under a year. Our water did not get delivered yesterday on our scheduled delivery day, not sure why???? We are out of water. So I called customer service and have been on hold for over an hour and a half and still no one has picked up my call.......what the heck is going on........is no one working there????
