I love these guys. I called as soon as they opened as I had a contractor working in my backyard who broke a water pipe. The house behind me had no water so it was an emergency. I was given a noon -4pm window, and promised they would have someone out as soon as possible. Garrett showed up at noon, and I'm so glad he did. Great personality, fair, competent ... a great guy who understood what I needed. He was able to get everything functioning properly in my neighbors home (which was nice, don't want to have issues with the neighbor) within a couple hours and believe it or not- I thought the price was extremely fair. Ray and Brandon just left after fixing two leaking drains and re-running the refrigerator water line that got damaged when I had my crawlspace re-done. They were absolutely phenomenal!! Was only expecting an estimate but they were here on time and ready to go to work at a price that beat all the other estimates I had for the water line alone. Will be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future - in fact, I just scheduled them to come back to fix a couple of leaking hot water faucets. Allied provided an estimate to repair faculty work done by the prior homeowner in our recently purchased house. Andrew was efficient in coming out for the estimate and offered a number of different levels of repair. Before the work was scheduled, Allied was quick and thorough in answering all questions and offering suggestions when we asked about additional work. When Andrew and crew came out to do the work we agreed upon, it ended up being much more involved than anticipated. Andrew and crew were helpful, efficient, and did a magnificent job in dealing with the expected and unexpected issues. He talked us through a number of things to be aware of and how to deal with them if issues arose. We will be calling Allied for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Allied Plumbing is TERRIBLE and OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. I hired them to replace a faucet cartridge on my rental home. The plumber left a mess for me to clean up and the faucet is still dripping. Now I find out they won't stand behind their work. When I received the bill the cartridge was $40 while the bill came to $365.30 for the 5 minute job. According to the Allied receptionist they charge "commercial rates" for a rental home. So, PROPERTY MANAGERS, LANDLORDS and REALTORS BEWARE you'll get ripped off and you won't get what you pay for!! I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!! read more

The last thing you want to see on a Friday night is water dripping down from the ceiling in your kitchen while the shower is running directly above. That pretty much ruined movie night in our household. After talking to our insurance company I read reviews on Yelp and decided on Allied Plumbing. I called them on Saturday morning and Robert came out in less than an hour. He quickly determined the source of the leak and had it fixed in short order. The cost was very reasonable considering it was on a weekend. Robert (and Andrew) are very professional and friendly. We have some other plumbing jobs coming up in the future and we will definitely be using Allied. I would highly recommend them to anybody who has plumbing needs. read more

I had to have an old water heater removed, a new location plumbed, relocated due to poor design when our home was built in the mid-70s. The new location was beneath a vanity in the larger of two bathroom, requiring a custom vanity (done by a design store). As long as Allied was here, we decided to go ahead an remodel both bathrooms: new fixtures, vanities, granite counters, sinks, tubs, showers, flooring ... the works. The smaller of the 2 bathrooms was totally out of sync, and due to relocation of shower and vanity, the existing ship lap cedar walls had to be removed. New cedar walls were so beautiful on those 2 walls, we went ahead and had Allied do all four walls. That's right, Allied did all but the electrical wiring, not just the plumbing. Their work was not only swift and beautiful, but high quality and reasonably priced. We paid almost the same amount for the custom vanity in the one bathroom as we did their entire remodel of that room, which includef full plumbing and installation if the new hot water tank, and all fixtures and accessories.They had a full crew of 4 to 6 here the better part of 2 weeks, and they were all honest, friendly, helpfuk, punctual, professional, and stayed almost obsessively on task, anxious to see the end result themselves as much as we were. Arriving before 9 am each morning, they were on the job until anywhere between 4:30 and 6:30, even 7:30 one night ~ without smoke breaks, coffee breaks, I had to bake cookies to get them to hesitate to eat. My more recent experience with Allied was far more than a simple water heater, and I hope people who refer to these reviews will read and realize some customers are going to complain no matter what. Personally, I am a perfectionist, and if they can please me their work was above reproach. I would highly recommend them without reservation. I have found it virtually impossible to find any contractor anywhere who is dependable, stands behind their work, does high quality work, completes it in a timely manner, is trustworthy and takes pride in their work, all at reasonable rates. These guys have it all in one package, unheard of! You get what you pay for, want cheap, you'll get cheap ~ price and quality. Allied may not be bargain basement prices, but I didn't want a dollar store result, I wanted quality, and for the end result, the price was reasonable. We had a water leak near our meter. The leak was caused by a tree and the roots. The tech diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us options to save money as the tree needed to be removed. If I could go lower that one star I would! We hired them to do some work on our kitchen sink and when we started to have problems again where they were supposed to have fixed my sink I called I was told they would be at my house first thing the next morning and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!!! So I called and now I can't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back!! Save your self and your money and do not hire these rip off artists!!! read more

We called Allied based on Jackie's review and she could not have been more right about these gentlemen. First, they are super nice, and put you at ease. We had two leaks in our new walk in shower (previous owner [not correctly] constructed) as well as two leaky outdoor faucets replaced- all timely, wisely and skillfully without destroying fancy new tiling. We are asking them to return to add a couple more items to repair for us because again, they are very nice, very prompt, honest and reliable, local, family oriented guys. If we weren't being transferred to California, we would have just found our forever-plumbers. Cost? Couldn't tell you if it's average for the area, cheaper than what we paid 10 years ago in another state for a minor repair- but we were so pleased with their services, they're worth every penny.
