wrongful billing and unlawful taking of property This is a follow up to the previous review I posted on Yelp. Since early 2022 we've notified the company that services were no longer needed. FINALLY, the company came to our previous office location to pick up the equipment they claimed was needed to cancel our account. Meanwhile, because our account was on autopay, we kept getting billed even though the company acknowledged that according to their records, we should not have been billed. On 8/15/22, when discussing the issue with their customer service rep, they only agreed to a refund of 2 of the 10 bottles that were unopened and unused because of their negligence to stop billing us and stop service. Yet, when they came to pick up their equipment, they picked up all 10 bottles. No refunds have yet been processed. In sum, we have been billed for service we did not want, need, or requested, after numerous attempts to stop service; and the property that we supposedly purchased - the 10 bottles delivered against our wish - have now been taken back by the company without any refunds being processed. read more

Beyond awful. Do not show up even though they send emails confirming that they are coming. Every week they lie. We are customers for over 5 years. Make excuses weekly. Management told me if I got an email they were coming then I got the email that now they aren't. Absolute lie. Would not recommend. read more

This is the worst company. Please, please, please think twice before considering a water company. I moved 3 months ago and attempted over 15 times via phone and 3 times over email to notify them that their services are no longer needed. When calling I was consistently placed on hold. Sometimes over an hour. Once a live person answers, I am told that they only handle start-up services and I am instantly redirected to hold were no one answers again. Through e-mail correspondence I have yet to receive a response. Ironically I still receive invoices and bills on my credit card. read more

In the three months, I had this service, the correct product was delivered only half the time. The customer service people were very friendly, but endless calls to them never manifested in my order, and incorrect deliveries were not refunded as promised. No complaints about the water -- when I got what I ordered -- but ultimately not worth the hassle due to the quality issues surrounding the delivery systems. read more

Completely unreliable and unprofessional!! They failed to deliver water for 2 days now and they keep promising that it will be delivered today and we will be the first in line. We got re-scheduled yet again for another day! Had to go to Publix to get water twice. The driver was supposed to call me and never did. All supervisors are in a meeting and nobody calls back. I've been waiting for hours for my water delivery. He's usually very efficient and on time, however, today no one showed up. I've been on hold with your worthless company for over 15 minutes and no response. Someone should have called to inform me of any delay. I wish I would have read the reviews before I signed up. Do yourself a favor..DO NOT SIGN UP. I cancelled my service because I moved. 10 bottles are left at the old house. It has been a month and I cant get them to pick them up. My concern is if they decide to pick them up 3 months from now and the bottles are gone they are going to want to charge me. We used to love this service, but the level of customer service is absolutely terrible. The delivery schedule is erratic. They don't even knock or ring the doorbell to let you know they are there. The water sits out on an uncovered porch in the direct sun for hours sometimes. Because we never know when the delivery will be, I have 16 empty bottles for them to pick up and give us credit for. They don't care that I am unsatisfied. I am actively searching out a new service. read more

Horrible customer service, went through 3 broken leaking machines the delivery driver informed me all of their machines are refurbished none of them are new. The driver told me I was unable to change the dates of my deliveries like Zephyrhills allows. I would put my bottles outside and he would not even take them and leave more bottles I currently have 8 bottles I am trying to get them to pick up and not getting a returned call. Canceled service! I had the Crystal spring water for the past 2 months from Costco. Bad decision, I called them several time since the delivery guy drops 4 bottles every 2 weeks even though I didn't schedule any. I had 4 bottles already from the past week. So, I contact the manager to cancel my order, but they did not return my calls. This week I had 10 bottles of water all over my living room. I had placed a sign on my front door to let the delivery guy know that I don't need more water but to my "surprise" the delivery guy dropped the bottles on my neighbor's front door apartment. They don't care if you want to cancel. I am seriously thinking to report them to any legal firm. I am contacting Costco management to let them know about the terrible service their affiliate has with their customers. read more

DO NOT use crystal springs for water delivery. Ive been a long time customer, getting water delivered to my home and my business. When I moved from My home I had to cancel my water delivery service. The company came out to pick up the old bottles and the cooler system. I closed out my account and had paid in full. I was at dinner recently and received a collections call claiming I owed money. I called the company to try and clear this up. The service rep informed me that I owed money due to the cooler never being turned in. Turns out the company misplaced the cooler and did not credit my account. The rep later told that they did in fact have the cooler and would clear it all up. However, this was not the case. I continue to receive collection calls. When i called the company yet again, I was immediately forwarded to collections. They were absolutely no help. My credit report has since been negatively affected. No choice but to get a lawyer involved. This company is a disaster. Clearly cancelling my business account as well. read more

I was supposed to have my first delivery on Wendsday the 7th. Not only did they not show up on the 7th or the 8th, I received no phone call or email regarding this. I tried calling customer service but was on hold for THREE HOURS before it just dropped the call, at which time it was 9 o'clock and the service center was closed. read more

The worst. They delivered so many bottles that I could supply the entire neighborhood in a hurricane. I finally found a number to call and the customer service was rude. They would not take back the 12 bottles they left in the middle of my driveway that had to be moved before I could pull in. Also, when I finally got someone on the phone to cancel it was difficult and so much time to make this happen. zero stars i had been using mccullough water in the keys for 20 years and getting 6 x 5 gallons of water per month with no problems. they sold to crystal and we have only had problems. no deliveries and they cancelled our account for no reason. horrible company to deal with and very rude. read more

This is the worst water delivery service ever. They brought us dirty water. We have been with them for a long time and never had any issues with them until they brought us a bottle with a floating brown thing in it. It was disgusting. We called to have it returned because we had no clue what that was. The other water bottles we ordered from them had the same date/time/location on them so we were not sure if they were safe to drink. We could get sick so we wanted to return all of them. Customer service was horrible and extremely rude. Not helpful at all. We called on a Friday so they could pick them up and replace them on Monday but they refused, saying they would not be in the neighborhood until Tuesday. Finally the customer service lady agreed to Monday but actually lied because they never showed up until Tuesday. The delivery driver came to replace the bottle with dirty water and refused to replace all of the bottles how we requested. Horrible customer service. They make you feel like your concerns are invalid. He said the water is fine and it's not a big deal despite me telling him we wanted them all replaced. It doesn't matter what he thinks. If I want all the waters replaced because of contamination then they should be replaced! Extremely ridiculous. We are switching to Zephyrhills immediately. Without hesitation I can honestly say that this is the WORST water delivery service in the tri-county area. I would say that they must have chimpanzees driving their delivery trucks but that would over qualify the actual ability of their delivery people.just this week, the troglodyte did not show up 3 times for his scheduled water delivery. 3 times in one week not only speaks to the overall incompetence of the driver but after no less then 7 calls to customer service the route manager has still not called us back. After a month of contacting this dysfunctional company.. regarding ongoing bills on a cancelled water machine that they say they're picking up everyday for a month straight. We also ordered water when we needed it but it didn't come for three weeks. A manager then comes in to tell us the driver quit two weeks back that's why we didn't receive the water. I don't care if he quit you should send someone else on his route. OR call us and let us know what's going on instead of telling us our water will be delivered "tomorrow" for a month straight. Not to mention customer service has no idea as to what their job is. One clueless person after the next. And why don't any of them take down notes?? Signed up through Costco , great deal . You know what they say " if it's to good of a deal , it's probably not a good deal " The service stinks. In the beginning it was ok . Then they stopped delivering . Called up and a gentleman took care of everything and I was to get a maximum of 4 bottles at a time . That got me thinking . Well here it comes. They can't deliver on promised the promised delivery dates. So they want to leave more bottles in between deliveries so no one complains. Well they can't do that either. Don't know why COSTCO would associate themselves with a company like this . I cancelled the service and then they never tried to stop me or anything but say that they are short handed and can't deliver product. So, I cancelled service and right away the next day they show up thinking they would pick up the 7 bottles that are out and they drop off another full 7 bottles of water . Go figure . Yelp seriously needs to consider a ZERO star rating because that is what this company deserves. They have missed several delivery dates. Also, we forgot to put our bottles out one time and tried numerous times to have them pick up the empties. I called on 4 separate occasions and was promised a driver would be out to pick them up. Never happened. I literally have no place to store 7 empty 5 gallon bottles so the have sat on my front porch for a month. Now I just have to wait for my next delivery. The customer service is deplorable. You have to wait at least 20-30 minutes on hold just to talk to someone. I am cancelling my service. The absolute worst! read more

i have been a customer for over 1 year after signing up at costco. they did not deliver water for 2 months! i called & text my driver & he did not reply or call back. my driver previously would text me and see how many bottles i needed. i called the corporate head quarters looking for answers on why i was not delivered water for 2 months and its been 1.5 weeks and still no manager has called me. today i sent an email demanding a call back, lets see if they have enough professionalism to contact an upset customer. do not waste your time with crystal springs! horrible customer service. time to find a new water provider. read more

Service seems to be highly dependent on the delivery driver. For the first year, water delivery was excellent and occurred on time and occasionally "freebies" such as cases of single-server bottled water or other sample products would be delivered. Then the delivery driver changed, (a few times, none of them speak English) the delivery schedule was constantly missed, the wrong number of bottles were delivered, we constantly ran out of water, and multiple calls were made over several months to complain about the lack of service. Most recently, the driver brought half of our order, which I told him about. Surprisingly, he returned with the remaining order, only to find that, after he left, he had delivered Purified Water instead of Spring Water. We had much better experience in the previous 2 years with Zephyrhills, but had switched as part of Costco's Water Service... Back to Zephyrhills. read more

They blow of delivery appointments, the customer service reps who work their phones are not helpful and rude. I signed up for the service in Costco. I would not recommend this company for the business as I am going through hard time finding the proper understanding and patience of their ways to deal with the customer. As a customer I am only charged, while the company doesn't follow up it's own mistakes and misinformation given to the customer, it's not willing to pay for their own mistakes and fix the situation with the true respect to the customer. I have three months of terrible experience with the customer service who sounds great but the business is very poor. The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. For three weeks I have waited for water bottle delivery. They would make an appointment I would set my day around their schedule and they would never show up. When I would call them they would tell me it was rescheduled to Friday and I was not notified however they always confirmed my home number my cell phone number and my email address whenever I called customer service. After three weeks of dealing with this nonsense I demanded they come and pick up their cooler and empty water bottles. Those appointments went the same way. No one showed up and when I called I was told I was rescheduled. This happened for a week. I numerous occasions each representative I spoke to said that they texted the district manager of my area to let him know how upset I was and requested a phone call. The manager ignored every single text that was sent to him regarding my concerns. I can only request that you save your time money and aggravation by not doing business with this company. Worst water delivery (non-delivery) service on this earth- unless Isis has gotten into this business then Crystal springs is definitely the worst. They are really good at billing, promising water delivery, scripting their customer service agents, but the one thing that you want them to do deliver water- Nope. Can't seem to get that one down. Use any other water service on earth; that is unless you prefer not to have water to drink then they would be great at meeting that strange preference.
