I have spend hours on the phone without any regard to my spring water delivery issue. I have for the last few years obtained 5 gallon Spring water from 3 sources: ACME markets in Haddonfield NJ, Wildwood NJ, and North Wildwood NJ. For some reason, this summer the distributor has failed to deliver the 5 gallon spring water, delivering Primo purified water instead. I have turned in over 8 bottles to the stores, and have another 12 in my homes. Each store owner has continually requested replenishment of the spring water from your company , without effect. I have attempted to get a return for the bottles, but the store will not honor any return. I would prefer that you ask to please restore this service to these stores. I have run out of your customer service team to call. They do not understand. I would accept a home delivery, but your company will not credit the 20 bottles I have. Seems like someone at Primo or Crystal Springs delivery would pay some attention to this problem. Customer service does not help. read more

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing but issues since day 1. The first delivery was wrong so they fixed it however the billing was incorrect. It took 5 calls for them to fix the bill. They were so apologetic that they even took money off. Great. The next water delivery bill was wrong again. I called several times again to fix the bill. Im still waiting for this to happen. Then I found a case of sugar on my doorstep and had no idea where it came from. Finally realized it was from them cause I saw they billed me $27!!! I never ordered sugar. Why would I order a case of sugar with my water?!?!? That was it for me I called to cancel the service. They picked up the cooler and bottles. The bill was never fixed and they decided to bill me for the sugar and never got my credit from the last bill or the bottles I returned. I am on hold as I type this because they have no answers for me and cant even speak to a supervisor. Im done! I had 2 deliveries and spent almost every day on the phone with them in the past 2 months. This has to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They should not be in business. I went and purchased my own cooler and will just exchange my own bottles. read more

I can not believe they are still in business. Skipped and missed deliveries with no explanation, I was finally able to speak to someone working from home who said they are short on drivers. She did apologies but at that point it was too late for any apologies. Account canceled was the only recourse. read more

Wish I could give no stars Absolutely the worst. Driver Jose claims back injury is reason for delay. Sure hope he doesn't have worker's compensation or any other insurance claim out there I have video proof he's slinging bottles like they're nothing. Driver removed clients from deliveries on his own, you call for a complaint and ask for a manager to call you and you get the drivers friend that calls you. Place is a joke. Better just pay more from a more respectful company. From day one issues shame on me for giving more chances than deserved. read more

Terrible customer service! After emailing, filling out online forms and calling, it has been impossible to get corrections on order mistakes. Delivery time is early in the morning, before the call center is open. When they make a mistake with their delivery, they just say they can't come back to the area for two more weeks. Very poor play, Crystal Springs. Ordered one cooler for the office which broke week 1, the 200 series. At the same time I had ordered one for home as well which was scheduled to arrive today, Friday before the "Blizzard of 2016." I spoke with customer service several times throughout the day to try and track my delivery; I was repeatedly told only that it would be delivered by 5pm. At 6pm, when it still had not been delivered, I called to check and they told me it was rescheduled for Monday. No alternate course of action. Of course Monday they will probably reschedule because of the snow, and either way I'm supposed to sit around at home all day? We work too! Now I have to hope that the inundated grocery stores have water left in the 11th hour. Big time fail. read more

They are the worst company to deal with they are not cheap and there customer service are the worst every time you call them and I ordered my delivery and I got a HAIR BAND inside my bottle of water and when I called they didn't even apologize and they said " just set it to a side and will get you another on " I will never recommend them to any one they should be out of business soon read more

Deserves zero stars if I could. I'm a so frustrated. Never ever order water home delivery services from https://www.crystal-springs.com. I had set up my account online and was supposed to have a water cooler along with water delivered on MONDAY morning. After waiting around all morning on Monday I called to see what was up. When I finally got through to someone they told me my delivery had been rescheduled for TUESDAY. I flipped out on them and told them I was never informed of this. Every single person I got transferred to told me that it wasn't their fault it didn't happen on their end. After being transferred to about the fifth person I had to reschedule my Tuesday appointment to today because I was not going to be around on Tuesday. I apparently had a 'morning' delivery appointment scheduled for today.. Well after the clock struck 11pm I gave them another call. The person I spoke to put me on hold while they called my driver to see his ETA. When the representative got back on the phone she told me she was unable to reach the driver but texted him my number to call me with a time she then proceeded to tell me how they are out on delivery from 8am-5pm and he could arrive any time between then. I told her I requested a morning appointment but she told me how sometimes the delivery time estimates aren't accurate. (No kidding!!) At 2:00pm still no call from the driver. I call the company AGAIN and they apparently called my driver AGAIN but of course no answer. It is now 5pm and I have yet to receive my water or receive a call from "my driver". After wasting a day and a half with these people I am officially done with dealing with them. read more
