I spoke with customer service, and we discussed a refund. However, things took a positive turn when I received a call from Sally. After hearing about my situation, she offered to close her location to drive the hour to the facility I was at and get me signed in so that I wouldn't have to stress about finding a new storage facility at the last minute! I'm so glad I waited!! Sally went above and beyond. She took the time to not only get me set up quickly and efficiently but also brought us extra water bottles to make sure we stayed cool and hydrated in the midday Florida heat. Her willingness to go the extra mile truly saved the day and made a potentially difficult situation into a very positive one. I would recommend to other!

The water is scheduled to be delivered and the empties picked up and it never happens. Two weeks have passed without my delivery and the water bottles on piling up outside my condo door. This is my first review since I have given them opportunities to correct this horrible service and it continues to be the same. In the last 3 deliveries I had water bottles that were also leaking and I didn't receive any credit. I had water all over my kitchen floor and had to empty two 5 gallon bottles into containers. They continue to charge my credit card BUT NO WATER SERVICE!!! What ever happened to good customer service. Not even a phone call letting up know that we are not getting the delivery. Once I find an appropriate replacement I am GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
