They canceled that appointment so we made another which they also canceled with various excuses. When they didn't show up for our 3rd appointment, they stopped responding to calls and texts. We finally reached Eli Grillo and asked for a refund of the $195. He promised to drop off the money which he didn't do. We've now hired another company and I'm sure will never see our $195. When I asked Ronnie, he said he is 100% sure that he needs to turn it off. Immediately after he left, the master shut-off valve started leaking. I later learned that he should not have turned that off--in fact, the proper procedure is to close the outdoor shut-off valve instead. I called and left multiple messages over several days, but received no response other than "yes, I will come tonight" and then he never came nor called. The lack of communication is very disappointing, especially since the leak could cause water damage or system freeze damage if not addressed promptly. I would not recommend this company to anyone for obvious reasons.

Lately I have only been calling them when something breaks. When I called today, Alicia said they didn't install the system, which is bogus, because the sticker on the control box is theirs. She said "there may be sticker but we didn't install it". Then she said they came out in 2021, which they did. She then offered me a service call in June, by then the growing season is over for me.
