Because our system is set to run at 4 AM, we didn't realize for weeks that the water wasn't actually running. When we called them about it, instead of coming out to fix it, they just walked my husband through how to do it himself over the phone--with no apology or refund. This spring, after clearing up an overlooked bill (a genuine mistake on my part, which I'm noting here to be upfront in case the owner tries to reply and use it against me), scheduling was a nightmare. I was given a 10 AM - 1 PM arrival window. When I called the morning of the appointment to confirm the timing, an incredibly unpleasant receptionist told me the window was 12 PM - 3 PM and aggressively insisted I had made the mistake and that they don't offer a 10-1 window. She passed me to the manager, Tricia, who also blamed me because they would be in Dorchester during the 10-1 window. She said I must have made the mistake because I had been with them for so many years and must be familiar with their time windows. I had 10-1 written in my planner, in my phone calendar, and in a text to my husband. Furthermore, I leave the house at 2 PM every day, so I never would have accepted a 12-3 PM appointment to begin with. Instead of taking accountability for an obvious scheduling error, they chose to argue with me and blame the customer. Needless to say, I immediately canceled my account and look forward to using a different company next week.
