The games in the lobby are absolutely the best part of this theater. Going to a movie is pretty much the same no matter where you go but I've never seen one with this many fun games and activities before. There were at least eight employees behind the concession counter, yet when we walked up, they all looked at each other waiting for someone else to help us. After purchasing our concessions, no one checked our tickets as is typical, and we had to ask whether we were supposed to have them scanned. We also had to ask which auditorium our movie was in. With that many staff members on duty, I wouldn't expect this level of inattentiveness or lack of customer service. Lastly, the temperature in the auditorium is extremely warm--it honestly feels close to 85 degrees as I write this. It made the experience much less comfortable.
