It was easy to place the order online and pay directly on their site. Well, I ordered them a little too early because no one was home when they went to deliver (they were on their way home from the hospital). So they called me and let me know they couldn't leave them because it was below freezing but they left a door tag. Later they made contact with them and were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement. However , this weekend getting some "just cause" flowers I spent 130$ for my bouquet to look like it was put together last minute and not even considering how it would turn out. My bouquet ended up looking quite sad. I understand it's not supposed to look 100% like the photo but the way I received this specific bouquet dissatisfied me a little .
