Glad I'm not the only one after reading these reviews. I ordered flowers, to the tune of $113.89. My only request, which is noted in my order, that I have no carnations, and to ensure there are roses like in the picture. Not only did I not get the roses as pictured, I got spray roses which are the much smaller than regular roses and a bunch of carnations. So when I called to let the man who took my order know, he wanted to go and take the flowers away from my goddaughter, and then bring them back after he fixed them. I said absolutely not, you can not go take the flowers away from her, that seemed very odd to do. All I wanted him to do was to please adjust my order and give me a credit for the error, as I didn't get what I ordered. Simple request that was met with meanness from this man & being told that I was being unreasonable because I didn't want him to take the flowers away from my goddaughter. It felt like taking candy away from a kid after giving it to her, seemed and felt really uncool to do. I have sent multiple bouquets from this place and they have been stunning, which I told him at the time I placed my order, but this time my order was far from that and I felt for their error I should have received an adjustment. I indicated multiple times, no need to take the flowers back, just credit my account. Of which I did receive $21.50 back in the end. Flash forward 2 months and I just called to order another rather large bouquet and the lady told me I was banned from purchasing flowers from them. That apparently I was so unkind to them asking for what I ordered that she told me "there are plenty of flower shops, go find another one honey!" Well then... guess I will go find another one! Just WOW! Here is the price we pay for wanting what we ordered and paid for! Oh and she said "you would be really petty if you went viral with this informations as well". My son in Colorado sent me flowers for my birthday and used Edwards Flowers. The bouquet I received was beautiful, lasted for over 10 days and then I was able to take a part of it and create another small bouquet that is cute. This was my 84th birthday and I happened to be sick. Funny is that they ordered a Happy Birthday balloon but I got a Get Well Soon balloon. The delivery person and I had a good laugh over that because it was correct too! read more

I don't ever make posts or reviews but I had to after this past weekend after getting my girlfriend flowers . I've been a loyal customer for about 3 years and most of the time when I get flowers from Edward's they are beautiful. However , this weekend getting some "just cause" flowers I spent 130$ for my bouquet to look like it was put together last minute and not even considering how it would turn out. My bouquet ended up looking quite sad. I understand it's not supposed to look 100% like the photo but the way I received this specific bouquet dissatisfied me a little . I will continue to be a loyal customer so long as I stay in the area I just hope the quality is back to normal. I've also attached some of the beautiful flowers I've gotten from them . I ordered funeral flowers for my grandmother . It was a bright yellow large arrangement from all of the grandchildren. The people working are very nice and I understand how mistakes can be made. However, They delivered a Christmas wreath to her calling hours. When I called to express my displeasure with what was delivered... they brought over another floral arrangement as requested however it was .lWhite and red. Not to mention... they took away the Christmas wreath during the viewing. The removal of the wreath from my grandmothers viewing was just as distracting as the misplaced Christmas wreath. I originally was advised to order form another company but went with Edwards because of reputation. Very sour taste in my ( and my family's$ mouth and probably lost three generations of upcoming floral orders. read more

I was so worried and struggled to find a florist in this area as I was in Florida at the time. I wish I would've taken more time and done more research. I ordered flowers for a dear friend, MAN was I disappointed. The arrangement she received looked nothing like the one pictured online. Was a rinky dinky arrangement full of filler leaves. To top it all off, I called just to get an eta of delivery to make sure she was home (you would think you would receive some type of time window the day of delivery, like other florists do), person that answered the phone was rude and was so bothered by the call. I should've canceled order right there. Worst $60 ever spent in my life. Next time will just order flowers from grocery store (much nicer and much le$$) and have it instacarted. read more

Mitch is a loose cannon and a liability for the business he inherited from his father. What a legacy Mitch is destroying. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER will I order from this place again. I ordered flowers from a flower site online and they were supposed to be delivered same day. I got an email saying that there was a delay and they couldn't do it. So I did what I always did was call Edwards and order over the phone. The woman I spoke to was so so nice and could not have been more helpful. They had the flowers out within 30 min to the location. However the person wasn't home to receive it. Instead of giving me a call to see what they should do, they did not make the delivery. It is a house and it could have been left being that they were home 30 minutes later and the flowers would have been fine. So the time sensitive delivery was NOT made. I called the store first thing in the morning and spoke with another woman who said the driver went out it and it was my fault the delivery was not made cause the person was not home. Then I spoke with the owner MITCH. Let me tell you this is one mean person and I don't know how he ended up in the flower delivery business. I spoke with him and told him the whole story and I asked why his company didn't do their job right. He said he do not call customers to find out what they want to do in that situation. There was never an apology, a 'I'm so sorry we will have it our right away' no attempt at customer service AT ALL. They didn't even offer to make the delivery today!! I wanted to know why I thought I could come to them to figure out what was going on. They are in the flower business, it should be a happy, accommodating company. All I heard was that it was my fault , they don't contact customers, they "did their job", my fault my fault my fault. When you're a business owner and something doesn't get done... guess what, it's your fault. Side note, he is the one that helped my grandma sell my grandpas car when he died. My family has a history with MITCH and I was shocked by his behavior. Mitch got so angry on the phone He told me on the phone to never ever call the store again and that I am no longer a customer of Edwards flowers. I guess he can't handle being accountable for not doing his job. He was absolutely out of control. My family has been customers for over 20 years and Mitch single handedly ended the relationship in a 3 minute phone call. Never ever ever ever order from here!!!! read more

I always order all flowers from Edwards, but when my daughter was planning her wedding she called and visited many florist out last stop was Edwards, no only was the pricing the best but the designer knew exactly what bride wanted and showed detailed photos of work done previously,when my daughter picked up order everything was correct and beyond her expectations. I will continue to use Edwards as my go to florist for all needs. read more

The best florist I have ever dealt with! The secretaries were knowledgeable and helpful the whole time. Prices were reasonable and when I saw the flowers the price was definitely worth it. They do everything from contemporary to traditional and do all of it well. They impressed me the first time I ordered from them and have continued to do so since. I live out of state and needed a goodie basket delivered to my brother-in-law and flowers to my sister-in-law at St E's but was getting frustrated trying to order both online in one order. I finally made a call to Edward's and they were able to deliver both orders the same day (and it was late in the afternoon)!
