I was looking for a massage place close to home. Super excited to find Crystal Yoga! They do Reike massages & other crystal healing. The reviews were all over the place & none were recent so I decided to try it & get my own opinion. I called about 8;45pm on a Friday night knowing they closed at 9. Then I texted the # apologing for the late hour & let Crystal know we could talk the next day. She was so sweet & opened up a session the next day at 2:30 for me. I loved the massage & after she did something to my back I actually smiled when the pain left my body. I didn't realize before then that I have RBF (resting B face). Not intentionally but because I'm worried about everyone in our family. My current health situation is not good and for some it's fatal. So I've been cleaning out closets, gave jewelry to my grown kids, and am currently looking for a cancer retreat center where I can heal, get some strength back, & work on my diet & exercise. I shared my situation with Crystal & she focused on removing the toxins from my body that the chemo & radiation have caused. She is a professional & very good at her craft. She suggested I come back & start some very basic intro yoga classes they offer and can work my way up at my own pace. I have rented an Airbnb in Mexico so I can afford to have a personal trainer, chef, & hopefully a driver but I plan on back to Crystal until I leave. She's wonderful, caring, & I'm so glad I decided to make my own opinion. I live & breathe with reviews & never try new places without checking Yelp first. What an amazing experience. I went to a group class with my girl gang and we had so much fun. Our instructor was Rose Quartz and she had such patience with us, cheered us on and helped us realize we're strong. I hate that I don't live closer, I'd join their membership in a heart beat. The studio has a gorgeous crystal room and gorgeous jewelry pieces for sale. Love, love this place. Can't wait to go back. read more

Crystal Yoga recently opened a new studio in Sugarland and it's beautiful! The class room is great with lots of sunlight and has a a balcony. The Crystal boutique is so cute with all your crystal needs. There are also two massage rooms. I had a deep massage with Howlite and he was wonderful! He is extremely skilled and applied great pressure. I felt so much better afterwards. I also took hoop with Tiger's Eye and had so much fun learning new things! She is talented and has a positive, uplifting attitude. The also launch a Club Crystal event with live entertainment and it was so fun with great energy! I would not recommend this place. Terrible customer service and lack of care to maintain a good customer relationship.

I am very disappointed in this studio. I would not recommend this studio if you have an underlying health condition and wear a mask to protect your health. Lucy will ask you to leave the studio and take your name so that you can never return to the studio. Absolutely love this studio! I attended my first class about two years ago and have been hooked ever since. After bouncing around from studio to studio here and there, it was refreshing to find a studio as inclusive as Crystal Yoga. Kristen, the owner was my first teacher at the studio. I was a regular in her midday class and learned so much from her, from proper alignment to what yoga is all about. The variety of classes and quality instructors really sets the studio apart. I absolutely have nothing but good things to say about this studio, from the staff to the location to the friendliness and cleanlines. I have been to many studios before where I have not felt as though I fit in. Well that is not the case here, the teachers are so welcoming. Sharon is one of my favorite teachers although they are all amazing. She really loves what she does and she takes the time to make sure you are keeping up and following along. I signed up for 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $33. The first class I chose was a beginners aerial class but I received SO MUCH MORE. The class was so fun and nonjudgmental. Lucy, the instructor, was kind and patient. After class I had the intention of purchasing some crystals but wasn't sure what I should get. Kristen, the owner, was patiently answering my hundreds of questions about all of the crystals, their properties, & what I can use them for. After showing me what seemed like 10-15 crystals, an Aragonite caught my eye and I was instantly drawn to it. Come to find out it helps with your reproductive organs, peace, stability, balance, healing, & more. After holding this stone I all of a sudden realized I was holding back tears and was about to cry. Kristen encouraged me to let it out so I did. I cried. In front of 2 strangers I just met. The cry was a release for me. I had apparently been holding on to trauma from losing my surrogacy baby a month prior (I thought I had moved on but apparently not). This experience really helped me let go, forgive myself, and truly start healing. I've started going to yoga almost daily and using crystals to help heal me physically, mentally, emotionally, & spiritually. Yoga & crystals have become a form of self care & self love for me. The owner of Crystal Yoga Studio, Kristen, is an amazing instructor and has so much knowledge of the crystals! She helps you find your best way to help self heal in the most natural way. I've had several crystal healings from Kristen and they were amazing! She knows what she's doing! Every time I felt lighter and better each time I came. When I just had my baby and graduated from Yoga Teacher Training, she gave me an opportunity to teach with my baby and she trusted me and her instincts to help me become a better teacher. She helped me as a single mom with 3 children, helping to put food on the table for us all. She has been such an angel in this very hard time for myself. Thank you Kristen for providing a sacred space here for everyone. Where everyone of all kinds can come and get healing. Where no matter what size, shape, or color you are, you have a safe place here. I started extremely overweight and over time and practice, Kristen helped me get over a lot of emotional traumas to get to a healthier state. I love that Crystal Yoga Studio offers all thing yoga, land, sea and air. I started attending aerial because I love being in the air and have since begun to develop a vinyasa practice. This is my first yoga class and I found it very welcoming and the instructor that day was very knowledgable. They accepted walk-ins so the class I got to try out was Crystal Therapy and I was extremely impressed how this session positively affected me afterwards. I was very nervous and awkward bc i had no prior knowledge of what this location had to offer but the instructor was very understanding and it felt like she knew exactly what to do to put me at ease. If you're coming to try this place out the location was a bit tricky to find but on the address it says "Unit 405" so when you get to the building make sure to look for the number above the door! read more

Love me some Yoga. I am very fortunate to have heard about this studio back in late 2016. I was always on the fence about participating in yoga thinking it was easy and I did not need it...boy was I WRONG. Since I began yoga at New Age back in late February/Early March my health lifestyle has changed for the best. It did and still does take time to get the poses correct but with the help, patience and understanding of the teachers I am improving every day. The stretching and strength build up to my body's core has helped me dramatically at work and working out. I also want to add the crystal therapy and mediation is also a must try to help restore that good energy and wash out the negative. Been attending classes at New Age Yoga and Meditation for several months now. The instructor is awesome! She has a lot of patience and takes each pose step by step, if needed. Yoga wasn't my strong suit but in taking classes at New Age Yoga and Meditation it has definitely made me see Yoga in a different light. I've been coming to this shop because I was referred by a friend. Made more than a couple purchases different items. My problem with this small business is that when I make a custom order for an item they are never transparent. 2 weeks ago I ordered a small child bracelet and the staff who took my payment didn't say a single word about their policy on refund or how long my order would take. I assumed they would take a a few days and they would contact me when finished. Sadly I had to go personally and ask where my bracelet was the person who was there didn't know what item I had ordered or where it was. She did text me and told me that she was finding out where it was and that was it never texted me back with a response I guess she forgot. We are in the 2nd week of this order with no contact from their part I send them a message through the same number they texted me and I asked for a refund. They said they would email me their policy on refunds (which was not said or explain before or after any previous purchases). Their policy is NO REFUNDS. They offered a free bracelet but at this point they've done this multiple times to me and they don't seem to get any better. I found the same bracelets cheaper on Etsy btw! They care more about money than their customers. Make sure you ask about how long ANY custom orders will take and their refund policy since they don't tell you before hand probably because the staff isn't trained properly. read more

This is a wonderful studio for an authentic practice and hands-on assists - which I think most studios lack. I've gone deeper in my yoga practice here and the owner is very dedicated to every student that walks in the door! She cares about making yoga fit for every body, lifestyle and personality.
