There are so many beautiful treasures, but the service we received from the owner, Victoria, was appalling, especially given the nature of the store. We said hi, and she gave us a curt "hello" and quickly walked to the back without asking if she could help. She was carrying an adorable dog the whole time. When she came back out, I asked her what the dogs name was. She told me, but I don't remember, because she was rude about it. She quickly said the name and sighed with a slight eye roll, as if she's tired of being asked that question. After that, she walked to the back never to come out again. We were the only ones in the store so it's not like she was grabbing something for someone else. She was completely dismissive, unwelcoming, and rude to us. We did not purchase anything here (not that we were given the chance) but I DID find a gorgeous Oracle deck and my friends found some gorgeous crystals for a great price at Mystic Goddess in Largo. Their staff was so friendly and warm--check them out! We will not be back to Wings and will encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Definitely have everything a new collector might want but may not have the deep cuts a long-time collector (like me) would be looking to purchase. Prices - a tad high. But I expected that considering I'm in a metropolitan area. Their rent is probably super high, but I don't mind paying an extra $2-3 per book to keep an independent store open. Regarding those deep cuts: - I did find some authors that I think are often overlooked, including Richard K. Morgan, Chuck Tingle, and Ann Leckie. - I was saddened to see that there was no Ronald Malfi in stock, which I find to be a mainstay in horror. - There was no Between the Buried and Me vinyl in stock, which saddens me due to concert tonight (that's why I drove all the way to this coast).
