I'm a new client here and safe to say; I'm satisfied with how these nails came out. It's been a week or so, almost two - And there's no sign of lifting and none of them have popped off either. The vibe was good. She actually made me feel comfortable and confident. Gotta say, she did me proud. But I really adore how my nails came out, very cute, very demure, and she took her time with both manicure and pedicure. She hit me with the Russian manicure, something that's pretty rare to come across and I appreciate it a lot, made my cuticles look pretty and brand new if that makes sense. But honestly, I highly recommend Krystal (with the k), I've had her a few times in the past and she's an amazing nail tech, again, she took her time, and actually did all the steps for my pedicure, she made my hands and feet look goooood. Only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1, is because I have been here before and had good service. However on June 13, it was a different story. I came in for a full gel set and pedicure and the women did the pedicure super RUSHED, and left my Full set a mess. I have deep cuts due to the over usage of super glue to the point that my skin tore open when she tried to detach my skin from the glue. Not to mention, my nails are different shapes and are different lengths!! (some look oval, some look square). Like wow. This place did an great job on my gel mani also loved that the facility was very clean. THEY WERENT BEING RUDE AND TALKING BACK AND FORTH AMONGST THEMSELVES TAKING AWAY FROM MY RELAXING EXPERIENCE which is really important to me since I have a 1 and 2 year-old so I don't get much relaxing done. They massaged both my feet and hands for an long time, they did a callus treatment no xtra charge without me asking. Crystal has a beautiful salon, very clean,professional and set up with plenty of space for a lot of customers to comfortably to be pampered at the same time.She has a great selection of polishes for both regular and gel. The manicurist and pedicurist she has are professionals and it shows in their work. Angie does my nails exactly the way I ask them to be done every week to my liking. Had a great experience at this nail salon. Great work I love my nails and my pedi. I've been to 5 different nail salons in the HD trying to find my go to place. I have found here at Crystals. She does amazing work and takes her time. I took my 3 year old daughter with me for her nails to her polish, the ladies where patient with her and took their time. Also very reasonable pricing. I had such a great experience here! The salon is very clean and relaxing, and the staff greeted me right away. My technician took time to shape my nails perfectly and didn't rush the service. The gel polish looks smooth and even, and they helped me choose a color that matched my skin tone. My nails came out perfect and lasted over 3 weeks with no lifting Super friendly staffs. Love the place being so clean. Everyone is so professional and friendly. I've been coming for quite sometimes and very satisfied with their pedicure. I always get the best job done on my feet!
