Ehh this place was just ok. Probably won't go back. I recently decided to take off my acrylics and did some research on gel vs dip powder for a regular manicure. I decided on dip powder because I dislike the uv light. They agreed to do the dip powder but spent 10 minutes arguing with me about why I should get acrylics instead. In the end the technician gave up and handed me off to someone else to do the dip powder. She did a good job but without asking first she put a layer of gel on top of the powder. Still looking for a place that will do a good quality manicure with dip powder and help me to take care of my natural nails instead of wanting to chop them off and add tips. read more

I've lived in the high desert for over 20 years and I fully gave up on all the nail salons out here and was only going to salons in Rancho Cucamonga for pedicures for the last several years. When the weather was real bad a few months ago I didn't feel like crawling down the cajon pass for a decent pedicure so I looked all over for a new local spot to try and noticed this newly renovated salon. I've liked it so far! The interior renovations are beautiful and has a boujee feel to it. It's pretty easy to get in with an appointment for the same day. The workers are nice. Have been 2 times - first time was solid. Love the pedicure and gel lasted 11 days. Second time was awful. My gel lasted 2 days. I think Brian is who did it. I asked for rounded square filing and he filed every single nail differently. I asked for him to re-do so it could be at least uniform even is not that shape. He made up a BS excuse that my nails were too short to do that shape mind you i've gotten the shape done with much shorter nails and could do it better myself. I think he was upset I called it out so he rushed through the gel manicure and only let it dry one round each coat (usually should be 2). They started peeling 2 days later. Could not go in to get redone because I had left town for a trip. Very disappointed and will not be going back. If you go, do not recommend Brian. read more

Ive been going here for a 1-1/2 yrs. the last time i did powder dip nails, within a course a 3 wks 4 nails came off. I went within the first week to get one of the nails fixed, the second time i went they had an attitude. I gave them another chance so I got gel instead. My aunt and I got pedicures here for my son's first birthday. I requested a gel manicure, which I received; however I received a burn on both feet because I told the guy the wax was too hot, and he proceeded to PUSH AND HOLD MY FOOT in the hot wax. They messed up my aunt's pedicure, she asked for a red burgundy color, and she got orange. Not only was it the wrong color, it started coming off completely the next day. They then proceeded to charge us $65 each, which was okay, we expected those prices. I would suggest finding another salon if you can. read more

It had been a few months since my last gel pedicure and she made me feel comfortable and my feet are now super soft and no longer look neglected. This place is full of people that do mediocre work. You really have to have a manicurist/pedicurist in mind. I requested Tom the first time I came and without notice, he passed me onto someone else. Luckily she was good but since then she has left the shop. Due to this, I would not come back. Lastly, the staff is not educated on the shop. I had multiple nail techs tell me that a particular nail style can be done and then.... NOPE! So I had to change the entire design and I was rushed while trying to decide. Lastly, beware this shop will make you bleed and act as if they didn't or that you are being a brat about the blood. This shop specializes in fake nails...
