If you are in the business of selling houses you should have some integrity. Unfortunate in my experience that integrity was lacking. The house we took possession of had numerous problems that should have flagged in inspection, nothing to kill the deal but many minor things and two major things. The inspector knows the agents, knows the seller. Highly suspicious. When confronted Andy agreed to cover one of the major defects while we covered the cost of the other. When the price came due he just simply backed out of his agreement leaving us high and dry budget wise. It's one thing to say no, it's another to say yes then to back out. Since he backed out Andy has made no effort to contact me or resolve the issue. I highly recommend finding an agent with a higher value for honesty and integrity.
