These houses very much look like they are manufactured or mobile homes, contrary to what others may say. For the years my grandparents lived there we only found 1 neighbor friendly and the residents are eager to complain because well, they are retired and don't have much else to do I'm sure. Also inviting any company over is awful because that place it literally a maze with no thought to layout when they were building. My grandparents bought a house in Florentine Estates in 2005. My grandfather was continuously getting sick because he had bad lungs and the ocean air was not helping. He got pneumonia three times and was in a comma the last time. So they decided to file for bankruptcy and go back to California and unfortunately my grandpa passed away shortly after. The bank now owns the house they lived in. Fast forward five years and my widowed grandmother on a fixed income gets served paperwork saying she owes something like $15,000 in homeowners association fees since they moved! This month they got a court order to take all of her income out of her bank account, $3,200. Leaving her with no money for rent, food, or her medical bills. You cannot even garden in your backyard because if you make the slightest bit of noise your neighbors will complain to the HOA. Also, the posted signs says 15 miles per hour but do not exceed 5 because again, residents will complain. I CANNOT warn you enough about the control and greed that goes on in this place.

She gave us keys to another home in the area to go see and it was like our dream house. We were more than satisfied. Only small issue was that since it was all last minute there were still some things to be done to the home. But Katrina and her staff were right on it.. They had all the repairs done within a week.
