Lovely place in Luzy to have a pancake, coffee or ice cream. You can enjoy it inside: a nicely decorated small café with original decorations, old painted tiles, pots hanging from the ceiling. If the weather is good, you can take a seat on the sunny terrace with a view on the main street of Luzy. We arrived 'early' in the morning (for us:10,30) and the kitchen wasn't exactly open yet, but still it was no problem, we could order what we want. We chose 'crêpes sarrazin', which are gluten free. Afterwards I figured out these are actually buckwheit pancakes. They were nice but not very special and only one thin pancake. I tought the price was a bit much, 7,5euros. The 'grand café au lait' tasted well, the orange juice was not freshly pressed but from a bottle. So for the price of 20euros I was a bit disappointed maybe but the location and friendly owners made sure I would come back! read more
