They not only showed up the day I called but when they determined my unit was beyond repair they were contacting the manufacturer and got me a new unit at no cost to me. They did quote me for a whole new unit without coming out to check it out. Atchley was supposed to come and clean my a frame inside the house and did everything but because the guy didn't know how and then wanted to charge me for sending somebody else out to do it.
