Little things started to fall apart the next day after we moved back in. The boss came over a few days later and re attached a few things and such. We kept having problems with little things. Like four of the towel racks fell off, paint chipped off within days, cabinets weren't lined up right, the flooring started to break apart and the dishwasher wasn't fastened in and it fell out. The worst of it all was that the dishwasher wasn't hooked up right and a week after it was put in, it leaked water all over the sub floor and made a big bubble under the new flooring causing it to break apart. We asked for the new dishwasher's warranty and if it included the repairs needed. No one from Horn and Sons ever called us back after numerous callso on our part. Shop around and look at reviews before hiring a contractor.

They did stop responding and never came to install my fan. My warranty company tried to get ahold of them unsuccessfully as well. I would not hire them as they don't seem to want to complete a job. She claims that my warranty claim was denied, however they did send someone else out to replace my fan, which shows that she lied. They did call her multiple times and she would not respond. They have also removed her as a contractor. She made an easy $100 and was never seen or heard from again, until she saw my review on BBB.
