We have used C's home cleaning service for the last several years and have recommended them to our friends. Their office and cleaning staff are professional, trustworthy and always do a good job. I'm taking the time to write a review because we just had an experience that went above and beyond what one would expect from a cleaning service, and we want to recognize that level of excellence! We were on a plane, about to take off, when my husband received an alert on his phone that there was a water leak detected in the basement. We have a device set up in front of our hot water heater that alerts us if water hits the sensor. Gregg sent a note to Cindy and her colleagues, and within minutes he got a response. He asked them to please go by our house and investigate, and if necessary, to call our plumbing company. They responded immediately. Some of C's very competent staff drove to our house, saw the leak coming from our hot water heater, then called our plumbing company and waited for them to arrive. By the time we were in the air, water was being wiped from the floor, our plumber was trouble shooting, and the problem was being addressed. If not for C's quick intervention and action, we would have arrived back home to a disaster. The lower level of our house would have been completely flooded. I want to say a BIG Thank You to C's Home & Office Management. I was moving into a new home that was supposed to be professionally cleaned by the last tenant - when we arrived the day before the move the place was a mess. They left the home filthy and the owner refused to do anything about it. I called C's Home & Office Management to ask for desperate help in the matter. C's managed to work me i...n right away the next morning they came and did a "move in clean" so that I could move my clean nice furniture into a clean house instead of filth. I owe a big debt of gratitude to C's and the job they did to get this place to a level of acceptable cleanliness was incredible. The staff is so professional and provides excellent service. This is a great company run by local people that put their heart and soul into making sure their customers are taken care of. They also take care of other locals - including me - and I am just so pleased to be able to give them the utmost praise for a wonderful job with such excellent service. Cindy and her crew have been cleaning and watching over my house for years. They are not only great at cleaning - they are efficient! Cindy and her office are great people and they always call you when there is an issue that one of the ladies have seen in your house. They also are lovely with my dog. Since I live alone after I wash sheets from company they change the beds for me. They are so meticulous they even clean the base of my electric toothbrush. Also, Cindy is a wonderful person who started a meal delivery for the homebound during Covid. Volunteer cooked meals and they had them delivered. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and they were able to set up my first cleaning with a very quick turn around. When I got home from work yesterday it was so amazing to come home to a very clean home.
