He didn't treat me poorly, didn't talk down to me, and not at all like I was a bother even though I seem to have called prior to the shop's opening. Omar still answered my call, kindly offered his advice, and got right to work on addressing my car's flat tire. I can't thank this kind soul enough for his compassion and understanding and he didn't try to gouge with pricing. To say he was way more than fair is an understatement. They scheduled it in quickly and had the car back when they said and when needed. I was concerned at first, seeing all the cars they were working on, but that was actually a good sign. The staff and owner were super nice, explained everything, tried to get the parts for me for the best price, and were very professional! I even had an opportunity to meet the owner's parents while there! The prices for the parts and labor were very fair and way cheaper than had I taken it to a BMW dealer. I choose them after doing a lot of research on local auto repair shops in the area, including Wilmington, DE. This place is about 30 minutes away from my home or a $38 Uber charge each way, but well worth it with the attention to detail and reasonableness of the costs. I am coming back again for future needs! At the end of the day, you want a shop that is fair and honest, and I found it here!
