I did a Google search for a local auto service and found Glenolden Service Center (a mile from my home). I talked to Kenny (after I hung up from the Ford dealer) and he told me to bring my SUV in on Monday. it was the best decision I've made in awhile!! Ive been in the industry for 5+ years now and my only regret was not going to him sooner. I would bring my truck to a shop previously and it would sit for days sometimes weeks on end. The amount of downtime and outrageous shop rates are enough to drive anybody's business down the drain. Working with KJ repair now, i know that weather I'm on the side of the road stranded ( like in the photo from the other day) or parked up for home time my trucks are going to be taken care of without breaking the bank and without me having to drop my truck off anywhere and wait around on it.
