The first 30 days i had a tech out once a week to check my yard camera now that my 30 days are over and my cameras need to be reprogrammed, The tech came out this morning and wanted to charge me 150 for the service call and 59 dollar assesment. i can see a 39.99 service fee but they got you by the balls and you cant fight them.What happened to customer service and now im in a contract i cant get out of with out a penalty or fine. Naturally it soon fell off. It was an improper installation, but did they just fix it? No, they had a man come out, do it correctly, but charged me near a hundred dollars service to fix their bungling mistake. Then surprise! The thing has a battery in it that wears out. Worse part, it's no simple battery. It's a custom priority battery. They'll sell you one but then there is a 13 step set of instructions to install it! Forget that. Might just as well spend around a hundred dollars having one of their technicians do it. Worse, it's hit and miss as to how long these batteries will last. I had one last two years and one only last a week. I don't recommend ADT, plain and simple.
