Why would you contact me via email to offer me a complete refund, but only if I signed an NDA? Did you honestly think I would accept a measly few hundred-dollar refund when the work I had to do to bring the house up to a healthy, livable standard cost me thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars? These are all rhetorical questions, sir--that means you don't need to answer because we already know the answers. Anyone looking to hire this agency should know that I refused the refund. I refused the NDA. I prefer to educate my fellow consumers. I will accept the lost cost of hiring this individual to inform you that you may be putting your lives at risk if you hire this company. There were obvious mold, electrical, and water issues throughout the home that he inspected and did not include in his report. These were all significant issues that could have been negotiated at the time of sale. Issues that he glossed over or didn't report at all! I think I forgot to add in my original review that the HVAC system was full of mold. But thanks for the reminder of this failed home inspection. If anyone needs, I can post more photos. I have hundreds! And I never signed an NDA. My monetary loss is your educated gain.

Two years ago I paid a siding company roughly $30,000 to put new insulated vinyl siding on my house. What a disaster, long story short...three years ago this siding company covered up my gable vents and turned my top floor into an oven. My energy bills have been through the roof for three years just to make my top floor bearable and the siding company basically told me to go fly a kite. "It was not their fault or problem". I really wish I would have contacted Troy with Royal T home inspection sooner but let me tell you, he got the job done and I'm so happy!! He came right out to the house, evaluated everything and determined all of the problems and prescribed solutions. Within hours I had a bullet point email giving me an action plan with step by step instructions on who to call and what to say. I did what he said and within days the contractor showed up at my house to make things right! Troy even went out of his way to be there when the contractor came out to make sure I was taken care of! Next week, the siding company agreed to make all of the repairs needed to include removing all siding and taping the insulation seams properly and removing the siding from my gable vents and trimming them out properly.
