I thought he would be apologetic about the phone call Saturday and try to rectify it but no! He was talking so fast I didn't know who he was because he was angry and yelling at me. I had to yell at him to tell him to slow down and say who he is. He told me to calm down and he'll tell me one more time that I better take down the bad review that I posted Saturday. Threatening me!! I figured out who he was when he said that and I said "oh you're the one from the phone call the other night"! So I told him "yes I wrote it because that phone call was rude". He then proceeded to say "oh you want to play"? So I said "yea I'll play and told him to F off" and hung up the phone. He called me again I didn't answer. What a stalker that threatens people over a bad review. Maybe learn some customer service, phone etiquette and bedside manners lol and you won't get a bad review. Repeatedly they ask me to provide addresses that my family member could be at to locate them however this is the entire reason I hired the firm, to help me locate said family member at an unknown address. To be frank I have no idea what I paid for, how many hours they actually worked on this case or what they did. This job was done in an extremely small town and I find it hard to believe that had this firm been actively looking that they wouldn't have been able to locate this person or their car. I have requested and still not received an itemized invoice or surveillance breakdown. After a month I ended up finding who I needed myself. Don't waste your money.
