The staff is a huge part of why we keep coming back. Alma is the boss, and she makes the place run smoothly while keeping it fun. She's upbeat, welcoming, and somehow also a walking movie and TV show trivia master -- she's seen it all, and she creates a relaxed, positive atmosphere the moment you walk in. Minerva is sweet, down to earth, and a lot of fun, and if you're someone who's nervous about donating because of needles, she's exactly who you want. She's so good at what she does that you honestly don't even feel it. She has a calm, reassuring way about her that puts people at ease instantly. The facility is clean, the process is smooth and professional, and most importantly, the blood donated here stays right here in the Coastal Bend, helping local patients, families, and hospitals when they need it most. We're donating again on Tuesday, February 25, and we're inviting anyone who's able to come donate with us.
